Astound Broadband Powered by Wave

Amazing services,know what they are doing, beyond excellent care. Very fair rates for speedy internet well worth the transition!

I got Wave internet back before they got acquired by Astound, and had been using it for 2 years. Was recommended by a friend and SO GLAD we went with it. Super fast, reliable fiber connection internet, and never experience any outages during our time using them. Not to mention matching 1gb upload speed with the 1gb download speed. My partner and I both work from home, where my job entails uploading and downloading huge 10GB files daily, and we never had bandwidth issues with our blazing fast speeds. My technician who installed the service was super friendly, and took his time to explain how I can enable direct ethernet connection into all rooms within my apartment.

If your place supports fiber optics internet and you're still using ancient-tech cable ISP, you seriously need to make the switch. I can't recommend Wave Broadband enough, and am sad that our new place in Mountain View is not supported by them. Please grow your services to other peninsula + south bay areas!! :)

Internet is fast and well-priced. The installer came on time and was extremely professional. I moved in on a Saturday morning, had my internet installed in the afternoon, and was up and running immediately. Plus, you don't have to pay to rent their box, you can use your own router. Great service!

I used the main stream guys before and always had problems with slow downs and shows getting stuck at 20% and it would keep cycling. When we switched to Wave have not had any slow downs ever! We like there service because I have not had to spend 4 hrs a call to find out why my Internet is slow. Thank you WAVE for great service.

I had a problem with how we were charged but then after making a complaint, two different reps went out of their way to solve my problem and give me a refund. I am happy to continue service with Wave. It is good to see a company that cares about the reputation of their service.

And of course, our internet is the best we've had.

We are long time customers & went there needing some questions answered about 'cutting cable'. Reducing services usually gets you a high pressure sales pitch with all the reasons not to reduce your bill, right? We figured if that was the case, we would simply leave and get our answers elsewhere.

It was a pleasant surprise to have someone understand that we needed to reduce expenses. Aishah was low key (very appreciated) and helpful - answering all of our hardware and software questions as well as making sensible suggestions for the level of data we might need.

We're still trying to figure out a few things with our fire stick & antenna, but so far are very happy with the switch.

We have Waze for 5 years now. Only issue we had in that time is cable box died. Rep came out and replaced it with a new box. He also pointed out that one of our power strips was a potential fire hazard. We changed it that same day. Appreciate that he went the extra mile and cared enough to speak up. We have cable & internet and it's cheaper than pain in the arse comcast.

Brian was able to send out a technician to help me with my line. They also were able to remove an old cable phone cable at the same time very helpful.
