I wanted to give massive shout outs to Erika and Dylan. Both are amazing and I appreciate their tremendous customer service.

ETA 10/30/23: Also, a new major shout out to Kurt and Patrick for being two of the best employees I've come across. Awesome service every time I come in.

Normal shop, good selection, near a boba place

For the consumer that likes to be greeted and then left alone to browse. They answered my questions on pokemon cards and even honored deals online (from own website). Everything on site is easily visible and displayed well. The counter behind the reps did not look like a jumbled mess. As on nov 28, 2022. I dont recall seeing the guard plexi glass that separates employers from customers at the register.
Workers were very professional and attentive, also friendly. Perhaps mall GameStops have the friendlier workers.

Good customer service. Lots of option..there are toys too and t-shirt which I've never seen before. Very cool place

Sold my little brother a broken product. Amazed this business hasn't been sued yet. Buy games from one of their many competitors and let these thieves who make money scamming kids go out of business.

Edit: they ended up being very understanding with my brother and went outside of normal gamestop protocol to give him a new copy even though the employee that sold him the first one didn't give him a receipt. I don't fault the owner for what happened and I appreciate him being more helpful than most gamestop's with resolving the issue. I'm used to people just getting scammed by gamestop and blocked when they try to refund.
