Sales clerk was knowledgeable and had great suggestions to address my questions.
Store has a wide variety of choices; from the very expensive to the very affordable.
Also, this site had a GREAT garment bag, whereas two other local luggage stores did not have anything that was not astoundingly expensive.

Tony (manager) was very helpful. He gave us the luggages we wanted. He also gave us information on registering our items and showing us how to use locks. Thank you Tony!

Website says they open at 11 on Tuesday’s. Sat in front of the store for over half an hour with no sign of opening. No signage to indicate adjusted hours. Calls to the store went to a nondescript voicemail, although it was probably the correct number as I heard the phone ringing in store. Calls to corporate similarly went to voicemail with no automated way to check hours.
