Apple Hillsdale

My husband was having issues with his Iphone screen all day. We decided to go to the Hillsdale Mall Apple Store. We were greeted right away and offered help, but when the person assisting us looked at the iPhone the issue magically disappeared, which was awesome. Highly recommend coming here for great service and awesome store ambience.

Made an appointment at the Genius Bar to fix shattered rear glass in my iPhone. Apple tech was friendly and efficient. Phone fixed in less than 3 hours and with Apple Care I was only charged $29!! Great service and fast!!

We needed to come in for a repair of my daughter’s phone. They took us in right on time. Kevin was our helper and he was awesome! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And also patient while we had to update the iCloud backup. Thanks, Kevin, for your help and for making this such a nice experience!

Friendly staff all around. Kent was super friendly, gave me the Apple Vision Pro demo, and it was amazing! He was very enthusiastic about the product, but honestly, why wouldn’t you be?

Olivia and Aries were awesome! I came in to get a screen protector for my iPhone, but also had questions about sizing for my Vision Pro that I picked up earlier that day. They were super attentive, and Olivia went out of her way to set me up with an additional fitting after applying my screen protector. Aries was then the person assisting me with the fitting and was super personable and held a great conversation as a passionate and knowledgeable Apple employee. I was able to figure out the my light seal was indeed too small, and multiple employees informed me on the process of swapping/exchanging sizes. I came back later, and Olivia was there again to help me. She looked up my light seal size and saw that they unfortunately didn’t have the size in store, but guided me to Burlingame where I was able to fortunate y do the swap there! Aside from those two, the rest of the team was exceptional as well and I was receiving the same info from everyone else. If some were unsure on how the new day one process work with the AVP, they were able to ask a colleague and point me in the right direction.

Like most Apple Stores, this store was immaculately organized with friendly staff who are ready to help you. We had an appointment to pick up a new laptop and when we arrived, they were not only ready with our new item ready to go, but they were able to help us do a trade in with our old laptop. Although it was busy, we were in and out within 15 minutes, and most of that was just waiting for the old laptop to get wiped. Overall great service and products.

A landmark at Hillsdale Mall, anchoring the open square that is fast becoming the Union Square of San Francisco. Water fountain, fantastical lights, kids play area, trendy stores, overlooking terrace with fireplace, and yummy food court and restaurants. Oh my!

Nice store. Workers are friendly. Love the decoration. Visit the store to get a replacement for iPod Pro earphone first generation , which sometimes has an issue. After they tested and confirmed the earphone has issue they gave a replacement.

Belino took care of us in this store. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and offers. Very COVID-19 conscious in the store. Associates follow COVID protocols closely. That makes me feel safe. I recommend this place to get any apple product.

Been while didn’t go , was busy , we saw a duck on water fountain , had some Shake shake

I needed to trade in my iPhone, as my newly purchased a replacement iPhone didn't properly ship with a trade in bag. Although it took a minute to find someone to help me, the person I was paired with quickly and easily performed the trade in. She was extremely nice, removed my tricky glass screen protector for me, and everything went smoothly. I was out in less than 10 minutes. A very positive experience.

I came in to do two things: return/exchange my parents’ phones for new ones and to get them set up. I had such a great experience with our technician that I had to give a five star review on Google. David was our guy and was so patient and helpful, especially in helping us figure out iCloud syncing issues. He spent two hours with us and made sure EVERYthing was right before he left us. I’m so pleased that the store had the phones we wanted, and I didn’t even have to go to the Verizon store to get anything else sorted out. Because let’s be honest, that’s the worst. Anyway, I hope that others will receive the same great care that we did!

I came in this evening to get a replacement battery for my iPhone. I had ordered a service part a few weeks ago, and received an email letting me know it was available. I walked into the store, was greeted by staff, told who to check in with right away. I was told the repair would take about an hour - and it did. Great experience. Staff was really nice!

Excellent customer service. Came here 27 Jan cos wife's phone black screened the morning we flew out and after 15 hours in the air, we came here to see if we can get help.

We walked in and was served in 2 minutes by a store consultant and a fellow compatriot from a neighbouring country near ours who moved here when he was young. He reset and restarted her phone within a minute and she was so thankful. God bless that kid!

Solid Apple store. The staff changes a lot, but I've never had issues purchasing in store or picking up an online order. The store is kept as clean as any other Apple store and it's never too crowded on weekends.

Brought in Macbook Pro for a Genius Bar appointment: diagnostics promptly ran and confirmed problems with the battery and display connectors. Laptop dropped off for repairs.

Employee also double-checked the return shipping address and thus prevented my work computer from being erroneously shipped over an ocean to the wrong land mass.

Five days from drop off to returned laptop. Not bad, Apple.

I came here today to purchase an airtag and I left in 5 minutes full of knowledge about my product thanks to the wonderful employee there named Priya. (sorry Priya if i am spelling your name wrong) She was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this Apple store. There is a great variety of items and kind staff.

Very good customer service. One of the best among the Apple Store that I have been to.

I am having a vision problem due to eye cataract problem, so I use my iphone to take photo of item in upper shelves and the zoom it so I can see it clearly. a lady staff approach me and tell me that I just tell her which item I want to see and she will get it for me. That is extra effort and I appreciate it.

While looking around, I come across a toy which I am not familiar. Another apple staff saw me looking curiously at the toy and he approached me and demo the item to me. That is very good customer service.

My daughter (9 yo) saved up her money to buy her first MacBook. She did all the talking and handled the purchase on her own. The staff was so supportive and helpful. They made her experience very positive.

Great apple store! The employees are generally pretty nice, and the lines are manageable.
