We booked our wedding day limo service through Famous City Limousine. When searching for transportation for the groom and groomsmen for our wedding day, I felt absolutely overwhelmed as I’ve never booked a limo before. I emailed Famous City Limousine a few questions and Rose responded very quickly. Rose answered all of my questions, was informative and patient, and the booking process was extremely easy!

On wedding day, our driver, Juan, arrived about 30 minutes early! Juan was so attentive, helpful, and friendly! I, the bride, met Juan after the ceremony and he seemed so excited for us as well! Just great energy and service overall with reasonable pricing. We highly recommend Famous City Limousine and would definitely book with them again!

Our first experience with Famous City Limo was rocky, and so Rose instantly offered to make it up to us. Here we are a few months later, and we had the smoothest and best experience for our city hall wedding. The driver Dwayne was 15 minutes early, very well dressed, super kind approachable and professional. The car was clean and classy and decorated for our special day. Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Had an all around great experience with Famous City Limo. The front office ladies, Jean and Rose were prompt and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, even when I changed the itinerary more than once.

Excellent service! Famous City arrived on time to pick us up. They had our route mapped out and addressed any and all concerns we had. The drivers were very polite, and they were there to help the women enter and exit the cars. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a limousine.

I had a last minute reservation for my mom’s funeral. I mean LAST minute, like 12 hours before the funeral and they were so wonderful. The price was beyond reasonable. The customer service was fantastic. The driver was AMAZING! He treated my family during this time so so much respect and dignity.

I called other driving services but they were horrible and left a bad taste in my mouth before o scheduled anything. I’m definitely using them again!!

The service was great from the booking of the limo to the day the driver showed up for my son's prom. The driver was about 10-15 minutes early which allowed the kids time to take pictures in front of the limo and inside. At the end of the night they were returned on time.
Only snafu was I received an email for an additional fee. I contacted Famous City Limo about the error and they quickly reversed the charge within a matter of minutes. No hesitation and no arguing. Would definitely use them again.

I was best man and called many, many limo services around the bay. Most were curt and overpriced imo, telling me their listed prices online have changed etc. FCL had a great price and talking with Rose sealed the deal. She was very helpful and one step ahead with her offers of decorating and helping schedule the best timing for us. One company called me back with a really low deal for what I asked for earlier but I happily paid Rose more for the peace of mind knowing I'm in good hands. Car was exactly what I wanted and the driver was on time (early) and very professional and kind. Thank you very much!
