Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I've never been inside this particular branch, but the parking lot is strange in its construction and the Drive-Thru ATM is convenient.

they have a drive thru ATM which is a bonus on a rainy day

It's a big evil bank with decent customer service and free checking accounts for students.

This is the closest branch to my house but its service is not the best or they are severely understaffed. I waited in line several times to open another account (even with an appointment) and ended just leaving...went to the branch at Carlmont instead.

I've been calling this branch for hours and no one will answer. REALLY? what bank doesn't answer their phones? Obviously this one!! My mom recently passed away and I'm trying to find out if her safety deposit box is at this branch so I don't have to drive all over town asking. I have curvature of the spine and scoliosis so driving and getting in and out of th re car is very painful. It takes all of 2 minutes tobanswer a question.

First, I never had any luck to pass the call and connect any of BoA around San mateo county. I finally booked through online for the Notary service with this branch. We had to push off some meetings to match the appointment time. I got a phone call from the bank and the lady told me she is not comfortable to do the notary service and asked me to go to UPS.. It is very disappointing that I have used BoA as my main saving bank and I could not get the right service from them.

The manager at this branch is a absolute monster. Kezhen Xu is a miserable person. She is unwilling to help anyone that has a problem. I live in Texas, I own a home, I've been a customer with b of a for over 20 years. My brother is unfortunately homeless and it's not by choice. He has a check that comes on the first and he was ripped off. He lost his phone wallet and transportation. I can prove who he is, I can prove who I am. She will not give him his money for him to get a phone. If she did he could get into his bank account. I've sent pictures of his drivers license and was willing to send pictures of birth certificate and SS #. She will not give him his money. She will not let me give him my money. She is a monster. He is medically disabled and was in a coma for 3 months and he has struggled ever since. She is the reason this branch has two stars. She is the reason I'm going to a different bank today. She is the reason the bay area is failing. She is the reason that we should I can't even say it because this will not post. Good luck with everything. I Hopefully your family never has anything bad happen to them because I believe what comes around goes around and please remember me when you get yours. I can't imagine anyone wanting you as a manager. Your ratings suck. I'm going to Chase or Wells Fargo.

their main door to the road is permanently shut for some reason. they only have one teller at this branch and if she is sick or gone you get no services. maybe actually start paying your employees and you will actually have some? and of course you can't phone them in advance because the phone goes to a robot. can't wait to close my account

Been a customer for over a decade in 3 states and I can honestly say this is the most poorly managed branch I've ever visited. If you like long lines, being ignored, and not having someone answer the line when you try calling at all hours of the day come here.

horrible service, took almost 2 hours inside to deposit money , should’ve just only token 10 minutes. smh only one counter open with about 10 other people in line.
