Great shop with great selection which actually surprised me since they had more variety than the North Face near Union square in San Francisco.

Best North Face store I've been. Great service, they sell the best products and showcase a lot of tents. Very impressed by North Face's warranty service, came with a defect in a jacket I've had for years, received a new one for free!

Brought a broken stuff bag to this shop which belonged to a sleeping bag I bought in Germany. They sent it to their repair center, it was fixed and sent back to me for free, without any hassle. Great!
