Upward Credit Union

Had a great experience at Upward Credit Union today. I am a new client and previously had opened an account for son which was a nice and simple experience. Cathy has been wonderful today and in previous sessions as well. Will definitely be referring my closest family and friends to her. She may be the kindest person to have ever helped me! Upward is way better than any average bank and I look forward to continue to do business here for years to come :)

Upward credit union has been the best experience I have ever had when it comes to banking. Low rates which make life a lot easier and the customer service is beyond a 10. Cathy in the loan department has been more then helpful. She is very patient and will explain everything in detail so you can better understand. I have to give it to all the Upward credit union staff. They are all friendly and very welcoming. Thank you for all your support Upward!!!!

I have been dealing with this credit union for 21 years and they have always been super quick and helpful on everything. There communication is amazing, I have had 8 or so auto loans through them and they always have amazing rates and get it done either same day or by the next day. Been a member since 2002! I love working with a smaller bank where the service is more personal than a big corporate bank! Just got a car loan with Cathy who is amazing and walked me through each step of the process with patience and kindness. Birdie is also awesome. I love the team here!

I’ve been banking with Upward CU for over 10 years. I decided that it was time to get a new car, so I financed thru them and as always, it’s a seamless process. My loan officer was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Upward Credit Union GENUINELY and TRULY has their client interests in mind!!! I transferred my primacy account over to them because their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, compassionate and highly efficient!! I could not love this credit union more!!! I've been with them since 2007 back when they were United Health Credit Union and have never looked back. There hasn't been one time in all my years with them that I've had a negative experience - not one. Everyone there is so awesome!!! Best customer service ever!!! I moved an hour away and don't get to come into the branch anymore, but every time I email or call with a request or need a loan or whatever it might be, they are so kind, swift and helpful. They are the absolute best, and have so many solutions to help everyone with their financial goals.

Shout out to Sue who just helped me with a new car loan after my truck was totaled in an accident. While I was not at fault, my insurance company has been taking forever in negations with my lawyer. 6 weeks after the accident and I gave up waiting, as I really needed to move forward and get a car. I was pre-approved quickly, and once I purchased I was able to do everything remotely and within an hour. Sue was wonderful to work with, very compassionate about my situation, and she helped me get back into a car so fast. Thank you so much, Sue!! ♥

Last but not least, I am deeply grateful for Fatima, the member services manager - she's truly amazing!! She's seen me go through some crazy life events over the years, and has been a true lifeline for me. When money is involved during times of change, it can be overwhelming. Fatima always make me feel so seen as a human, and I'm not just a number like I would be at a big bank. Thank you, Fatima, you've helped me so much over the years!! ♥

The staff is always ready to help and provide us with the best possible solutions to our banking. From home loans, to car loans and children’s savings for college… we would like to express our thanks to Cathy especially for taking care of us through the years as family.

We came to Upward for a car loan refinance and the process went extremely smoothly. We were in an out within an hour and it was easy to work with Susan, our loan officer, who was always available a phone call away and Fatima, who helped us at the branch. Upward Credit Union has very competitive auto loan rates! Cathy got me set up very quickly with an auto loan and Nicolette processed my membership application quickly as well. Thank you for all your help!

Sue helped with my auto loan. She was knowledgeable , professional and kind. It’s still difficult car buying these days, June 20/3. Interest rates are high, inventory low and auto dealership interactions are unchanged, stressful and draining. I was able to secure a great rate with Upward and Sue made everything pretty easy. She even offered support and insight when I realized I got duped at the dealership. I would highly recommend working with Upward CU!
