I can't thank Dr. CC and her AMAZING team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my cat and I. From the booking experience to the appointment itself and payment, each step of this process was 11/10. I live all the way in Oakland but this hospital was recommended to me by friends, and I am really glad I was able to be seen with such short notice. They really care about transparency and making you feel at ease.

My cat was having some urinary issues and I felt comfortable asking questions about the procedures and the cost throughout the visit. Dr. CC and her team are very up-front about all the details and what is best for your animal. This was the best vet experience ever and I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone who has a furry friend. Special shout out to team member Myls who assisted me with booking and confirmation of the appointment. You and your fur baby will be in amazing hands with this team!

Dr. CC has given our dogs such incredible treatment over the last two years. One of our dogs has had a very bad case of IBS, and the other a persistent allergic cough. We have tried several vets across many years, and this is the first time we are actually seeing steady, significant progress. Our dogs health and overall happiness has increased tremendously. It’s very hard to find a vet who you can truly trust, and over the last two years we’ve seen Dr. CC be the most knowledgeable and competent vet we’ve ever had. A sincere thanks for taking great care of our beloved pups.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the office staff is very kind to us and our dogs, and always helps accommodate our crazy work schedules. They greet our dogs as if they’re their own every time.

Dr. Cc is amazing. My dog is a rescue, so she's really anxious around new people and was always very nervous about the vet, but she's learned that Dr. Cc loves her and wants to take care of her and is now less anxious every time we go. I appreciate that she tries so hard to win my dog over slowly every visit and doesn't just want to rush through the appointment.

So many veterinary clinics everywhere you go, but it's so hard to find a clinic with compassion and empathy with our love and concern for our pet family members. Thanks so much for the truthful and genuinely attention and competence dedicated to my pets and myself.

I have been taking my dog to this vet for at least 3 years and they’ve always taken such good care of her. She’s super scared of strangers but loves everyone in their staff! Super recommend!

Have been going here for 30 plus years with both dogs and cats. The staff is great and down to earth. The recent remodel project was needed and looks good.

One of our dogs suffers from seizures and their connection with the big emergency pet hospital just around the block is great also.

Even when we have had to put an animal down, the staff was compassionate without being phony.

We love the staff at St. Francis! Dr. Cooper and the rest of the team have always taken such good care of Dallas and Penny. Dr. Cooper is so down to earth and lets you get involved in your pet's check up. Instead of whisking my dogs away for the entire appointment, I was allowed to stay with them while they got their shots and physical. This made our appointment much less stressful for the dogs and for me.

I've been going to St. Francis Vet Hospital for over 30 years. Dr. CC Falcis is an excellent caring veterinarian just as her father, Dr. F Falcis was when he cared for my dogs. They are wonderful people.

I've been going St Francis Hospital for years. Known Bill Cooper as a very good vet and is very compassionate when dealing with animals. I would never take my little "Casey" to anyone as I trust Bill completely and Ashley is always very nice when I call for some questions. So if you need a GOOD vet, St. Francis and Bill Cooper is the best!

We've been coming here for 2 years now with our current dogs. It started with our first dog then not long after we adopted another and also started bringing her here too. Doctor CC is extremely gentle and great with our dogs. She was able to get my pomeranian mix to like her immediately which is rare because she's always aggressive towards strangers. Doctor CC's father also regularly cared for my girlfriend's first dog, a cocker spaniel over 10 years ago. They are great here and we definitely recommend this Veterinary hospital to others including our family and friends.

We've had the opportunity to use the services of St. Francis Veterinary Hospital after experiencing the services of other major competitive vets and find them to be much more caring of our baby, Angie! Their staff are very much experienced in the field and have extended the same loving care to our pet. We highly recommend them to all with deep and loving affection to their pets.

CC and her staff are fantastic with our dog and cats. CC takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain options in simple terms. The facility is bright and cheery and the service is first class. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great veterinarian with reasonable rates.

Dr Cooper has taken care of many of my dearly loved animals. He is smart but also very caring and gentle. His staff also is wonderful and many times has gone above and beyond to help provide the very best for my pets. I highly recommend the practice!

I have been taking my animals here for over 30 years, three dogs and several cats. My experience has always been the best. The vets here have always taken great care of my pets. Claudine Falcis has taken over for her father admirably, I have recently had to put down two of our cats and my shorthair. Her compassion for both my animals and myself was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Cooper and the staff take excellent care of my Carolina Dog, Ginger. If you treat your pet like one of the family and want the best care go to St. Francis.

Several days ago I had to euthanize my old and a very sick cat that could not be cured. I knew it will be very traumatic experience to end my pet’s life, so I choose a St. Francis Hospital for Animals because I consider it a best vet clinic in Charlotte area. The whole staff was very supportive and truly dedicated. It is hard for me to find precise words to express my gratitude. This place also surprised me with a free of charge clay plate with my cat’s paw print, not to mention the whole box of Kleenex I had to use for the occasion. I have visited several different animal clinics in the past, and very often I felt of being overcharged on services that were neither adequate or sufficient. St. Francis Hospital for Animals is very different. It is a place where each animal and human is deeply appreciated and respected. You have to go there to see the difference.

Dr. Cooper and ALL the staff at St. Francis are truly amazing. Finally a vet that not only "acts" like they care but truly do care about our furry little friends! Don't hesitate to take your pet here!
