Lost tire pressure on the way to the airport. Came here and they fixed it right away. Super honest. Would recommend!

Every now and then something goes wrong at the wrong time. For me, it was a flat tire in an SFO garage after getting off of a late night flight and AAA being useless. I was able to get the car to Millbrae tire and left the car, my key in the night drop slot, and a voicemail before Ubering home. The next morning I called early. They had already looked at my car, had recommendations ready, and my car repaired for a reasonable price and waiting before I could get back to Millbrae from the East Bay at 930. Vadim was incredibly helpful and responsive. He literally turned a completely frustrating situation inside out!

They have serviced several vehicles for me over the years. They do a great job on tires and their work in that area is fantastic. If you are in the Millbrae or South San Francisco Area this is a great shop to use. They have also done work replacing a radiator for me. They haver 5 star service and communication.

Very happy with my experience, my car was towed late friday when they were closing, he stayed open until I got to his business. When I finally got there my car was already put in his shop, where he kept and worked on it. (So I didn't have to try and find a place to park or find another place to tow my car) He called me early this (Monday) morning and told me my car was ready!! Thank you so much for the price, your communication and honesty, I know the job wasn't easy! I highly recommend Millbrae Tire & Auto Repair!!

This store offers a lot more than tires. Tony and his crew are extremely well versed in auto repair. I've been a customer since their opening day in Millbrae many years ago. Ive been well taken care of every time. They save old parts for you to inspect. They show you the wear and reason for replacing. Never any hidden charges popping up. Everything is in writing. Overall 5 stars for a well run auto shop that can not only replace your tires but could drop an engine in if thats whats called for. . Thanks Millbrae Tire. Tony was the best!! 30 mins to change a tire best! reasonable price, friendly service, I always feel intimidated going to a auto-shop as female because I have no idea what I am doing. but I didn't in this shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I got oil change service for my 2006 BMW here. The price was reasonable. The staff were very friendly.
What I didn't expect was that they were able to reset the service light for me.
You might think it should be very easy to reset the service light for BMW. No, it is not. I went to several shops including BMW Mountain View. None of them were able to fix it or maybe they just did not care.

When I picked up my car yesterday morning, I noticed that the service light was still on. I talked to one staff (loved him!) and asked if he can reset the light for me. He had one of his guys look at it and try to fix it but failed. He then said that he needed to read the manual to figure it out himself. I actually didn't expect anything.
I went back to the shop this morning. My car was there waiting for me. The problem is fixed and the service light is gone!!

I was having serious car problems. A good friend recommend Millbrae tire. Desperate, I
took her up on it, yet in the back of my mind I was questioning myself with the choice I had made. My car was dropped off, Tony called me at least 2 times updating me on the progress. When I went to pickup my car, Tony went over the bill, explaining what had been done. He mentioned he had the old parts if I wanted them. Driving away I had this good feeling that I had done the right thing. Ever since that day, 9 years ago, no one but the team at Millbrae tire touches my car. I also would like to mention that I live in the city and drive to Millbrae to have my car serviced. Thank you Tony and the gang!

This shop was honest. The service was great. They did not try to find anything else wrong with the car, which has been my experience at other places. I know a lot about cars so I can't be lied to. If you value honesty and good prices, look no further people.

This review is for all the work they have provided me for the past few years. I bring my car here for everything and anything now. Tony and Vadim will take care of you and definitely give you reasonable prices for their work. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy, and you can’t say that about most shops. I bring my car here for all my oil changes, and anything other issues they will be able to diagnose and solve! Vadim was able to isolate an issue I had with my catalytic converter and quoted me a fraction of what another shop had given me. I also got a set of Yokohama tires here that included a rebate and they also provide free rotate/rebalance of the tires for the life of the tires. I’ve been recommending this place to all my friends and family. No need to look any where else for your car servicing needs!

I can’t say enough about how much we love this place. I have been coming here for 10yrs and Everyone is so kind and supportive. Every time I come in (sometimes with advance notice and sometimes in a pinch) they are always willing to help me and are HONEST! I have referred my family and friends and everyone has received the same treatment as me. I have to say Thank you to them for always bending over backwards to help us. It’s nice to come to a place that cares about their clients and provides awesome honest service!

A few nights ago, I ran over some construction debris or something on the highway nearby and my tire blew out. AAA towed me to this shop, where they replaced my tires quickly and for a fair price. I was back on the road within an hour of the shop opening in the morning.

I’ve had very good luck with all my maintenance and repair needs. I feel they are honest and give options which is appreciated. They’ve kept our cars running smoothly for the past 4 years. Thanks guys!

Could not have been happier with the service that Tony and his crew provided. We broke down while traveling, at night, no less. My immediate fear of course was that of getting '' hosed''. We had our vehicle towed and left there overnight, also an unnerving prospect. I called Tony first thing the next morning and he had already diagnosed the problem and was working on the estimate. I indicated that we were traveling, they got on it and we were on our way by 11:00 am. New starter, totally fair price, thank you all again.

Made a appointment at 7am , open the garage on time got Greeted by Vadim took my car change brakes and spark plugs . Very fast service , Thank You Vadim

I’ve been a customer here for a couple years. I used to being my car from the East Bay to get serviced here, and now I come from San Francisco. Everyone here is great to work with. I feel that my car is in good hands, and it’s worth the drive.
