Trinity Natural Medicine & Acupuncture (TNMA)

I began treatment without much expectation for results since I was fairly new to acupuncture. Much to my surprise I began feeling a change during my first treatment, and for hours after. I am so thankful that Dr. Mary and Jin have been caring, kind and have my health in mind. I highly recommend acupuncture at Trinity and know you will receive the same whole-body care.

Started at TNMT earlier this year as an acupuncture first-timer. Dr. Mary is patient explaining to me different things about the treatments and makes sure that we’re treating the top of mind concerns. The combination of Chinese massage and acupuncture have alleviated many of my symptoms- so I’m an advocate of both the Dr. Mary (and Jin the very friendly office manager) and also acupuncture

Dr Tseng is lovely to work with. She is very knowledgeable about acupressure and acupuncture. I went in for back pain and had immediate relief during all three acupuncture sessions. The office is easy to find and has ample parking. Inside it is clean, relaxing, and clear of clutter. I was also grateful that my insurance was covered at Trinity acupuncture. I highly recommend Dr. Tseng if you are curious about acupuncture or have any ailments occurring.

Excellent service. I don’t like needles in general but I was desperate to find a way to heal my sciatica pain. I had tried medication and physical therapy, and they weren’t really helping so I decided to try acupuncture. It really helped heal my sciatica issues after only several sessions. Dr. Mary is very good at what she does, and I highly recommend her for any nerve issues you may have!!

I don't have enough great things to say about TMNA! Every inch of the clinic is perfectly clean and organized, and the acupuncture is greatly improving all of the health concerns I had when I first came in. Jin was quick to check that their office is in network for the heath insurance I have, and has been incredibly friendly every time I see her. Dr. Mary creates such a calm atmosphere, and always answers any questions I have thoroughly. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I have been searching for a great naturopath doctor that specializes in acupuncture for a long time. Due to my bad experience with acupuncture at other clinics, I am happy that I found Trinity Natural Medicine & Acupuncture.

Dr. Tseng has really helped me feel relief in my knee since getting acupuncture for the first time in May 2023. Jin is super helpful with scheduling and makes the interaction with insurance company a breeze. The clinic is a nice clean calming environment. And the Location is great.

I loved that she listened to my medical history, understood current issues going on in my life, and offered different massage/acupuncture solutions to help. The acupuncture significantly reduced my chronic neck pain and also helped balance my emotions/stress levels. Their office is in a convenient location and I am so thankful they accept insurance!

I have intermittent back issues from an old injury and wanted to try acupuncture. Dr Mary has been fantastic to work with. She spent time understanding my back issue and goals from treatment. I had great results from my first set of sessions and have seen a much quicker recovery than previous flare ups. Dr Mary is very professional and the clinic is a really nice space to be in.

I have suffered from chronic back pain for YEARS, after only one treatment I can tell a significant difference. After numerous "western" doctor visits (with no results but pain meds) I feel a relief that almost makes me cry. Greatly less pain, better posture and sleep. I also have knee issues that are becoming better with only 2 sessions. I highly recommend Dr. Mary and Jin. They are professional and very caring. The office is clean and inviting. I was surprised at not feeling any pain with the needles (12 needles in my knees today), a flu shot hurts worse =) I was hesitant at first, but I wish I had done this treatment a long time ago. Most insurances will now acknowledge "alternate" treatments and an office visit is actually less than what my primary care physician charges me with no results. I could could go on and on with the results I have experienced. With that being said, do yourself a favor and give it a try.

I started seeing Dr Tseng about two months ago as my PCP and for my back pain. We started using acupuncture, which I had never tried before, and the results have been astounding. Dr Tseng really listens and cares, which is quite the change from your usual clinics in my experience. When I had terrible pain, she quickly got me in and addressed all of my needs and questions. I leave pain free. I’ve just been very impressed. Jin is kind and caring as well and so nice to talk to. She’s knowledgeable and always prepared! Overall, I have been very impressed with Trinity Natural Medicine and Acupuncture and I’m so happy that I found this team. I feel cared for. That’s huge.

Dr. Mary saved me from functional medicine. Before seeing Dr. Mary, I was on tens of supplements and a very limited diet, with a set of functional medicine theory in my mind. Dr. Mary replaced those with simply a diet change, which I've seen great progress in my body, definitely much more effective.

This is huge to me. I used to be very skeptical of natural path, and Dr. Mary totally changed my thoughts. I really appreciate Dr. Mary for saving me from a lot of supplements expenses and the gluten-free bummer.

Plus, Dr. Mary has the best bed side manner I've seen!

I had sciatica and back pain after an accident. After the first treatment by Dr. Mary, most of the pain went away. The pain is almost completely gone after a couple times visit. I am amazed how well the Tuina massage and acupuncture have worked. The clinic office is cozy and comfy. With the well chosen music playing, you'll easily relax and fall asleep on the massage bed. I'm so thankful that I have Dr. Mary's place to go when I need to, where I know my pain will be taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Tseng and her staff are professional and care for their patients. I went in for a stiff neck pain and Dr. Tseng relieved the pain and improved my range of motion with her treatments. She also took the time to explain the potential causes and ways to help prevent the episodes. If you want a relaxing environment during your treatment, this is the place to go!

Dr. Mary treated my teens with acupuncture and I decided we should see her as an ND. It was the best decision I've made for my family. She does not jump to conclusions or judge. She is super caring, listens and comes up with treatments that really look at the underlying issue. I also have a horrible fear of needles due to issues with nurses/doctors being able to take my blood but she has not once had a problem and I have never bruised. I also want to thank her front staff. Professional, accommodating and has even answered my emails on weekends and holidays. My family is so grateful to this office. Thank you!!

Mary is very talented and has very good intuition. She is very patient and can find the the exact issue that needs to be addressed and fixed. I'm very grateful that she was able to cure my problem with acupuncture rather than having me take medicine.
She keeps her clinic very clean and relaxing, which makes me feel safe to receive treatment during pandemic.

I went to see Dr. Tseng during both of my pregnancies for lower back, shoulder, and neck pain and discomfort. Treatments (acupuncture and massage) were all pregnancy safe. I was always met with a kind smile from her and the office manager, Jin. The clinic atmosphere is very calming and they even have a drink and snack bar! All exam rooms are very clean and equipped with different comfort measures (music, blankets, pillows, etc.) for your individual preference. I always leave feeling more relaxed both mentally and physically. Dr. Mary takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides the proper treatment in a timely manner. For both pregnancies I had bad swelling in my legs and feet and she also recommended home treatment that helped with the swelling. She and Jin are also bilingual (English and Mandarin) which is also a plus! I highly recommend TNMA.

I've been going to see Dr. Tseng for shoulder and neck pain and the treatment she provides along with acupuncture has always relieved the tension and helped me to feel better! She takes the time to listen and then assess which treatments would be the most effective during the hour-long appointments. The office is easily accessible from the I-5 freeway, bright and clean, has flexible hours, and it is always easy to schedule appointments. Dr. Tseng is highly knowledgeable and she provides a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for her patients. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are dealing with either specific pain or just need a general wellness checkup.

I’ve been to Mary’s practice twice now, and I couldn’t recommend it more. I decided to visit her first after a car crash that left me with some bones out of place in my neck, and honestly my neck is feeling better now than before the crash! Doctor Mary sees every patient’s needs and meets them with care. She is gentle with everyone she meets and makes sure they are comfortable with every step of their visit. Every room immediately relaxes you with soft colors and calming music. Mary is amazing at what she does and you leave feeling like a different person!
