In my childhood, this was an old house, but now it is a wooded park. Please know that on the first Saturday of the month, there are volunteers that plant natives and pull non-native plants. Come join us !!

Short but a lovely forest walk! No playground, has a sani- can, no picnic area, prob good for walking dogs.

How nice it is to be forest bathing without having to drive very far.

An absolute haven. Small but tidy and perfect for a short walk with a tiny dog.

Very quiet peaceful empty but a little creepy if you're a single woman so if you're a single woman make sure you have a big dog like me and my totally and Shepherd because otherwise it could be dangerous even though this is a very nice area there are sick people everywhere but when you have a very large dog with you who is naturally protective as they have been bred to be for 2,000 years you feel quite a bit safer even if you're parked for the night like I am because the rain is so bad I can't see at all and my windshield wipers quit working for some reason and I don't know why I replaced all the relays all the fuses and I'm not sure and I can hear the motor working so I don't know why they're not working I'm going to try to troubleshoot it online tonight and hopefully fix it tomorrow and it makes driving terrifying and that's exactly what I would tell the police if they harassed me from being parked here but I found a free metal spot there's a car parked in front of me but the house on the other side of the street is completely dark and on the other side of the street is just a bunch of bushes in a hill so I'm not bothering anybody and my dog is always quiet at night thankfully I have blankets lots of them so we won't freeze to death and we're going to go to bed hopefully by morning the rain will let up a little and I can figure out what the hell is wrong in the windshield wiper wipers I'm pretty sure I have a good idea that the spring inside came loose and that can be very difficult to fix because of where it's okay hopefully that won't be the case however it's been my goal to learn how to work on cars for my entire life so that I wouldn't be one of those help with women always have to call on a man when I need help with the car so it's all I'm very grateful to have the Haynes manual that I'm reading cover to cover and I've already solved some problems I got the gauges working again I got the rear defrost and the rear wiper working again and I'm hoping to figure out what the guy he was supposed to make a new key did to my ignition and to the wiring that destroyed all that stuff and why my airbags went off for no reason if I can figure that out and then have a mechanic backup my my conclusions I'm going to sue the hell out of them because if I had been on the freeway or even just going faster I'd very easily could have killed myself my dog and who knows how many other people if it happened on the freeway I would have caused a major pile up and a major accident cuz once was everybody's go off first of all terrifying second of all you can't see because they punched it punches it's like getting punched in both eyes nose and mouth at the same time and there's so much dust like baby powder in the air that you can't see anything for at least 10 minutes so what would I have done and what if I had been like in the Middle Lane I thought I would have slammed on my brakes at 60 or 70 miles an hour and if somebody was driving too close to me that would have caused a severe problem and started a massive car pile up as it was when it happened I was in the Safeway parking lot going 2 miles an hour but it was rainy and dark and my wife was working and then either and I thought I hit somebody or a car or a tree that I forgot was there even though I know that parking lot like the back of my hand because I live there so long and so often turned out there was nothing there and I didn't even hit the Curve I tapped it barely and both airbags deployed and it was like a gun it was like a shotgun going off thank God my dog was in the back and thank God my head was turned so my nose and eyes did not get destroyed and from what people have been telling me it's because he didn't do his job he didn't make me and you key he stripped my ignition to the any key will work and what after he did that he did not reground anyone's wiring because why everything keeps shorting out and I'm constantly having to replace the fuses especially on the cigarette lighter and the tail lights and among many other things Yelp is supposed to help

Hidden in a residential neighborhood, the park has a two short walking paths and picnic area set amid beautiful tall evergreens. Contains a small platform and outdoor benches currently needing TLC for educational moments. Located within walking distance of Brier Elementary School. Street parking only.
Update Fall 2021: Educational area is renovated.

Very small park with some maintained trails. Does not take much time to explore the entire space. Just up the road from Lake Forest Park Elementary School.

Nice little hidden hiking park. You'd never know it was there by just driving by.
