Excellent place to eat!
Fantastic menu. I ordered crab cake Benedict and they were out of this world delicious. They came with the best fried potatoes I’ve ever had. Nice and crispy and large portion. The plate was full of food and looked delicious before even taking a bite. See picture.

The hostess kept my coffee cup full and was attentive.
The whole place was clean and fresh air flowing through.
Plenty of street parking for our weekday 8 am meet up.
Prices were very reasonable and I was surprised at the great value when I saw the menu.
Highly recommended. I look forward to coming again.

Definitely worth the wait! Went around the busiest time on a Sunday for 2. Line and wait looked long driving in but we got seated on about 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service.

Crepe pancakes are thin and light. I also got the crab cakes since it was one of their specialties. The significant other got the crab scramble. Both were really good!

First time here and everything has been amazing. Their breakfast sandwich is so delicious. One of the specials of the day: lite breakfast with raisin bread French toast with pecans and praline sauce (the full order would have been too much whereas the lite version was just perfect). I really enjoyed the single mocha espresso. Also tried their raspberry crumb coffee cake. Wanted the cinnamon roll but it’s only available on the weekends. Definitely had a great breakfast experience with my husband.

Best breakfast I have had in a while! We got the Super Benedict, the Prima Vera omlette add feta, and the children had silver dollar pancakes with bacon. The place was packed and the food still came out fast. Our coffee was never empty and service came with a smile. For $65 our family ate well and we will be returning for more!

Excellent place for lunch plans on a Sunday! Definitely a busy place on weekends, but the wait-time was still barely 5min with just me and a friend. Super nice service and delicious food! The atmosphere is very much busy-diner-esque so a lot of noise can be expected which might not be to everyone’s tastes :)

I’ve visited this place twice. Had a great time here both. The food were delicious and fresh. In the recent visit I found their price has been lower and the portion has been smaller, which is a good thing. Otherwise people may not able to finish one entry. The place was quite popular, so be aware of some waiting time if arrive during brunch hours. You need to find street parking in the neighborhood. And it’s a enjoyable walk under the sunshine in the peaceful community ☀

Amazing place for breakfast. Loved it. Staff is very friendly and nice. Only bad part is its far away from my place ☹ I wish they open in san jose too soon.

Visited with friends after hiking. The service is good. It didn’t take long for our dishes to come. And the food is really great! I ordered turkey sandwich and vegetable sandwich with French fries. During eating, coffee is always been refilled quickly. There are also special menus writing on the whiteboard. Really enjoyed my brunch here. Definitely come back next time!

Saturday morning about 10 am, there were 2 parties before us and waited less than 10 min. Diner feels with delicious food!

Between us two girls, we ordered three dishes so we could share!

The steak fajita soufflé omelette was super delicious with their fluffy eggs and yummy steak strips. The Benedict super was also delicious. Those herb potatoes got a nice crisp on the outside! The apricot French toast was already sweet without the side sauce. The omelette came with a bakery item so we got the raspberry coffee cake!

This spot hit the breakfast spot!

Food was good!

Went here for the first time as a tourist. I ordered corned beef benedict and shared it with my fiancée. Wasn’t actually a fan of corned beef, but this one really hits the spots! They have the best potatoes as well, definitely one of the highlights! Potatoes were so crispy yet soft in the inside.

Will i return sometime in the future? Easy yes!

Overall, the food was delicious and fairly priced given the location and generous portions, and I'd definitely recommend Los Gatos Cafe for comforting, classic brunch fare. This is clearly a very popular brunch spot, but we came here this Sunday morning at 10 AM in a group of 7 and were seated within 10 minutes.

I got and loved The Scramble ($15) -- bacon, green onions, mushrooms, and herb potatoes scrambled together with three eggs and topped with hollandaise sauce -- which came with the choice of a bakery item (I chose the English muffin, which tasted fresh and nicely buttered).

I come here every Friday and get seated immediately outdoors for a group of 3 at 8 am! This place has incredible portions and really fast service! My favorite bakery item was the walnut carrot cake - it’s just so tasty and sweet and I really think it fits well with the rest of the meal. I usually get the make your own omelette since those are HUGE. I also like the personal trainer since it’s quite healthy and filling - the chicken apple sausage here is to die for!

The French pancakes are quite good crepes and the seafood one was light but filling too. The Benedict’s here are also awesome and the muffins are not too soggy and just toasted enough. There’s a reason we come here every week!

Love love Love Los Gatos Cafe.... Had my standard Papas Santa Cruz, a sauteed chicken breast over their signature herbed potatoes with guacamole, tomatoes and sour cream... Amazing as always!!!

Came here today for breakfast. It was outstanding. The restaurant was full of customers but we were seated quickly. The menu had a tremendous variety. Everyone in our party chose from the breakfast menu. The food was delivered to our table not long after we ordered. It was delicious!. The portion sizes were huge! We will definitely return!

Good food! The herb potatoes are an amazing side and we tried the crab cakes and a scramble. The all fruit smoothie was really good too!

Best fresh cinnamon roll. Definitely recommending to get it on weekends.
Always a wait on weekends, they don't take reservations. Service is friendly and quick!
Food tastes great and the location is nice too.
They used to take cash only but now accept credit card too!!
