Had a lovely drop-off experience for some alterations. $36 total for repairing a couple tears and taking in the waist on a pair of shorts. Great vibes from the person who worked with me there.

Wonderful experience with both husband and wife. . Open, friendly, honest and they also helped me with my moth problem back at home!!

They take pride in their work and are inexpensive. I can always count on them and it's on my way home! This place is a gem

Maybe I’m cheap, but I’m not used to paying $7 to dry clean a regular shirt.

Went to pick up my clothes after a week, had problems with some of my clothes was assured the owner-wife? would call me. Gentleman was very nice and polite.
Some of my clothes were dry cleaned properly.
Some we're not.
Here where it gets bad.
No call back.
After 5 days I called.
No apologies.
Rude service.
Ruined some of my clothes and said that maybe they were like this when I brought them in.
That would be feasible had I not pointed out all my articles of clothing and said see they are good, I don't want marks, please don't burn them with steam.
After charging me $300, they burned my clothes with steam.
When I called the woman was extremely rude, over talked me when I was asking questions.
Would not let me say anything and then to add insult to injury, she hung up on me.
I would not recommend because she is so rude.

I went to pick up the clothes that were supposed to be fixed/cleaned. They were not cleaned, and the shiny/burn marks were not fixed. In addition she explained to me how disappointed she was in my review and chastised me for it. Also refused to give me a plastic to cover the clothing. Until I insisted and explained that I had already paid for the plastic, and she needed to give me one.
I would say that 1/5 of the clothes that I brought there were ruined. Bring your regular shirts, they will be cleaned, ironed, & pressed.Do not bring your black silk clothing as they will be ruined. And velvet will not get cleaned.

Worst costumer service . I took a new dress ( with tags still on) that was too long for me . First The lady mess up the time when she would be finish ; call me to change the dates 2 times . When I went to pick up she told me it wasn’t ready so I asked to see the progress and she said quote: I haven’t started yet but it’s to easy will be ready for this afternoon” I told her no problem I’ll be back tomorrow morning . The next day she wasn’t there . A man gives me my dress . The dress has numerous little holes all in the front … I. Decided to not take the dress until she was there to give me an explanation. The man told me to go back at afternoon she would be there . Guess what she wasn’t there . The next day she WOULDNT STOP CALLING ME And THREATENING ME . I end up paying for her work even though she ruin the dress and now I have to buy a new one .
Worse experience EVER!
