People are helpful, professional, and friendly. They love my baby when I dropped off and picked up my car there. And they helped me carry the baby baby carrier. Very nice people.

#1- best customer service from start to finish. The body work for my beautiful 2019 Subaru STI was outstanding and very timely !!!!! I couldn't have asked for better service by every employee at south bay auto and paint !!!

I recently had my BMW 530e fixed here. It requires replacing door, replacing quarter-panel, painting, wheels re-conditioning, and a few other things. Steve and the team did an excellent job. A couple of small things stood out:
1. Before I came here, I talked to a few body shops: most of them just said they can not fix it because the body is aluminum without even checking the car. Steve is the first technician who actually checked and tested the materials and found out it's not aluminum;
2. I have an ev-sticker on the bumper, they actually peel it off and put into a zip bag for me (in case I need it in future).

The entire process took a bit longer than expected because they want to verify the car is back to the right condition before calling the job is done. And I was always notified about the updates.

Overall, I would highly recommend the shop and Steve. You always want ppl who actually cares to work on your car.

Absolutely professional service in every way. Great customer service and communication, follow through with set appointment, very reasonable price, fast and excellent quality work. Repaired numerous small door dings as well as a few deeper dents. Highly recommend using their services.

We have used South Bay auto a few times for body damage. We always are very pleased at the way our vehicles look when they are finished. The cars look new!
