Huayang John Wu, DDS, MS

Been going to Dr. Wu for over 10 years now. He is a very good Dr. He is compassionate and really care about his patients. I started going to him when he was in San Mateo, and now that he is in Santa Clara I still go to him.
He has the latest technology which I like because it tells me he is on top of what is new. He is always thinking of how he can make the experience for his patients better and more enjoyable especially. This is a big plus for a person like me that hate going to the dentist.
If you are looking for a dentist, Dr. Wu is the guy. Best dentist I have ever seen.

I've been going to Dr. Wu for ~10 years now and have always been pleased by his practice. Dr. Wu himself has always given me good attention as a patient and taken time to answer whatever questions I've had. Additionally, I've always had comfortable cleanings between his team of skilled hygienists and the investment he's made in good equipment.

Dr. Wu and his team are pretty great. Dr. Wu is very good at what he does. He also communicates well with the patients too. Ly as a really detailed Hygienist does a superb job with teeth cleaning. Be aware that it isn't the bare minimal/cheapest place to get your teeth looked at, so make sure you check your dental insurance coverage.

Dr. Wu is the best dentist I have ever had. He restored my smile and I couldn't be happier. The quality of work he provides is excellent, he is patient, very informative, and greets you with a smile. There is never a pressure of doing a dental work that isn't needed what I appreciate.

I’ve been coming in to Dr. Wu for about seven years now (first in his San Mateo office and now in Mountain View). He and his staff are great to work with, especially as my schedule changes so quickly and they also find a way to make things fit reasonably well. He is by far the friendliest dentist I’ve ever had, and the most efficient (which is critical in Silicon Valley, where time is the most valuable currency). He’s done everything from routine check ups and cleaning to Invisalign for me and I have a much better set of teeth now than when I started with him.

My highest recommendation to Dr. Wu. I have been seeing him for many years and have recommended him to many, many friends. He's helped me address some dental conditions before they became problems, all without any upsells or product-pushing that seems common in some practices. His advice is always phrased as suggestions, not edicts, without nagging or negativity. He's very warm and personable, and treats everyone like a valued individual. I find his staff equally kind and personable.

Warm attitude and awesome skills. Dr Wu helped me to get my wisdom tooth extracted in just two minutes. I didn’t feel any pain after the tooth was extracted and there’s no need to take pain pills. Would highly recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone who needs oral care.

I started my dental appointment since 2015; (though the office was in San Mateo, it is worth driving so far for dental care). and I had my whole invisalign program since 2017, that was a great experience since then.

I had recommended dental wu to many friends, for invisalign program or dental care, As far as I know, they are still sticking to this place for dental care.

My teeth have gotten so much better since being a patient. Dr Wu and his practice got me through the dental scares of early adulthood, like getting my wisdom teeth out, learning that I grind my teeth, and learning good oral hygiene and dental maintenance so I don't get cavities. Nice dentist because they really explain things to you. And make you understand what's happening to you. Advanced equipments.
I was first visiting another dentist before I knew doctor Wu. They told me I have three cavities need to be filled. But I don't think they're real cavities because they're just some black spots on my teeth. And the old X-ray can not really tell something is wrong.
Then I came to doctor Wu, he took some high quality X-ray here for me and told me those three were not likely to be cavities, because you can not see any "holes" from the X-ray. But there are other two teeth actually have cavities. Among the two real cavies one of them already penetrated the enamel and needs to be filled. I strongly agree with that because I can see the hole from X-ray.
I'm feeling lucky I came to see doctor Wu before my previous dentist did the filling for me. Otherwise I'll be wasting time and money filling wrong cavities and missing the real cavity.

Dr. Wu keeps a very clean and bright space filled with new and hi-tech dental equipment which enable him to provide the best dental service I have received in my 7 decades of needing dental work.

I have been Dr. Wu's patience since he started his business. His patience and expertise always impresses me. Like the conversation with his staff as well.
