Just two Dads Allstate agency is the best insurance agency I have ever worked with. They are caring and take customer service to a whole new level. They are extremely responsive and have been on my side when dealing with insurance adjusters to make sure we were taken care off.

Our agents, Just 2 Dads, located in Mountlake Terrace, have made it such a wonderful, and a stress free experience. The staff are friendly and our agent David Keen, is such a delight. He is very knowledgeable, we feel very confident about the policy he has chosen for us and find the price to be fair and affordable. I recommend him, this branch, to every one I know and to everyone that is looking into buying Auto and Home Insurance. When describing our agent to someone, I cant help but to say, " you'll be in good hands", please give them a try. You will be thankful you did.

Dave is very thorough and explains in detail the answers to our questions. Always looking out for the customer, trying to save us money, but getting the best deal for our polices. Being seniors and retired, he gave some great suggestions for both Auto & Home Thank you.

Allstate was so friendly and so accommodating. I recently had my first ever accident (hit & run) and you guys made it so easy and I feel like everyone really cared about me and my vehicle. I've never had to deal with filing a claim before, so I had absolutely no idea what to do first and you guys were truly with me every step of the way. I used to have Farmers and that was a total nightmare, luckily I had never been in any kind of accident while I was with them, (they're scammers only in it for the $$$$) I already tell everybody to use Allstate :)

Dave Keen is the best! He is very professional, and works hard to "insure" his clients have the best suited policies. He has instituted a great staff that is knowledgeable, and able to help meet the need when he is not available. Highly recommend!
