Don’t shop here. Overpriced. For bad quality. Greedy service. I wasted almost $600 on a La Marque dress from here. I was excited to wear this as a graduation dress, it’s beautiful and fit me perfectly in the store. The quality of the dress ended up being barely worth even $100 by the time I brought it home and it ripped RIGHT AWAY. The bow attached to it snapped off so easily as I was just putting on the dress, which I made sure to do carefully. The stitching was weak and was (literally) hanging on by a thread. I texted LeAnn (the store manager I’m pretty sure), so she offered to have it fixed. I had to drive 40 minutes back to the store for this defect. I wasn’t even refunded a portion of what I paid because of this. They said it would take about two weeks, I didn’t hear anything for A MONTH. I ended up driving back to say I don’t want the dress anymore, and frankly, can’t afford it for the ridiculous price it’s set at for such defective quality. They already had it in the store for such a long time and were in no rush to fix it so I would’ve preferred they just keep it and give me money back. LeAnn refused because technically it was over the 30 days to return limit. This was ridiculous considering that I had an issue with the dress right away and it was not being fixed. No wonder I changed my mind after receiving a bad quality dress and lagging service. She made sure to personally deliver me the dress, which was honestly the least she could do considering I had to drive there so many time. When I finally tried it on again (this was a different, new dress), it was LOOSE. It didn’t fit at all the way it did when I purchased it. I didn’t lose weight or anything, it still said it was an XS, but it fit me completely wrong, it almost didn’t seem like the same dress at all. I let LeAnn know this, and she did not care, she just apologized and said there was nothing she can do. Obviously there’s always something the store can do, as they should be embarrassed with the quality and service of their products, but she was already done with me. This sounds very harsh but I’m just being honest about my experience and would not shop here again.

Sold me a broken lighter multiple times. Ask them to see if they could test it before selling it to me. Told me no and that I would have to buy to find for my self. I said fine but if it doesn’t work I’ll return it. They said that’s fine. Later when I told them it doesn’t work and would like to return it to test another item they said the item I bought does not fit the return policy. Underhanded tactic gave them a chance and they still played tricks to make a profit.
