We didnt know there was a candy store in the village. Stopped by to grab a sweet treat. I love candy stores. The gentlemen was very friendly. The candy store has a nice variety of chocolate and gummy options. I love the rock candy. The truffle was good.

Adorable local candy store with great selection. I got a caramel apple there that was one of the best caramel apples I've ever eaten in my life. I would have taken a picture, but I was too busy attacking it! I need to come back here. I could eat a candy apple from here every day!

Love this place! They have a lot of European candies as well that I normally can only get in Europe. Everything is fresh and the store is extremely clean. The owner is super nice as well! We will be back soon for sure!

Omg. Cadbury crunchie!!!!! Have you guys try this? If you love chocolate w toffee or crunchy texture, you should try this. We had it from gourmet European grocery before and I'm surprised to see it at Capitola Candy Store. (Hint: great selection).

We also had the chocolate toffee caramel apple. Not overalls sweet, super smooth chocolate with crunchy toffee. This might be my go to item every time I stop by.

VERY nice owner, and a BIG PLUS is the fact he has no minimum purchase for any one item. I liked so much that I wasn't forced to buy, for example, 1/4 lb of each type of candy I wanted to try. The flavors and textures were wonderful. I highly recommend them and can't wait until my next visit to get some more!

The real treasures are the handmade chocolates in the back. The s'mores, caramels, and the elusive peanut butter cups all stand out. Good selection of hard to find candies too, if you're looking for something special to round out a gift.

-artisan taffies, handmade, a limited number of flavors, maybe 15 or so. so much better than what you find in the usual 100 flavors plastic sort of texture taffy you find in a lot of beach towns (hint: there's one of those around the corner, if you're into that sort of thing)
-many, many more varieties of candies from the most juvenile to the most popular to the most sophisticated.
plus, when i'm there or even just walking by, the guy at the register always gives my dog a goodie, too.

I love this place so much! They now have boba. I am greeted with “long time no see!” When I come in and their boba tea is very good
