Pretty sweet target! It’s two stories with an escalator right in the middle making it a pretty unique shopping experience compared to most targets. It has everything you’d expect.. but the layout is a little strange. I found myself going up and down the levels multiple times. But the escalators make it pretty easy

I've never been to a 2 story target before!!! This store was incredible. It connected to a mall in the way that a regular department store would, yet it is Target, so it is practically priced goods where you can find everything you need! They even have a parking garage for easy access to both levels of the store, and checkouts as well on both sides. Unfortunately, I could only find restrooms on the first floor.

Wow what an improvement! I’ve been doing pick up orders and it seems Target management read and listened to reviews about cackling female employees who were ignoring customers for pick up. Happy to say, at least from my experience, they have improved customer service! Kudos to the store manager/director!

I've shopped here for about 3 years now. The only issue I ever had was when I was trying to get help and the two employees were talking about their party the night before. I stood there, and after a couple of minutes, I cleared my throat and politely said, "Hey ladies, I'm so glad you both scored last night, but would you please assist me?" They turned bright red and helped me. Now when I come in and if I see either one of them, they're so wonderful. Tommy, the greeter at the door is super sweet and everyone is fantastic and will go out of their way to help find things.

They had most of what I needed. There are two floors. Baby department is on 2nd floor. Self checkout was easy with the app. Plenty of parking in garage as well as to the right near the closed Sears store.

It was fast and easy. I ordered online the night before, and picked up the next day. I liked that I didn't have to necessarily have a set time to pick it up! I could pick up when it was convenient to me. I used my redcard, and that was easy too. I didn't wait long in line, and the woman was nice at checkout.

Target in Capitola has it all. The store is rather new so it's always clean and stocked to the nine's. It's also located at the end of a mall, with koles and Macy's right out the door. I love that. The Chile's is also close and I love to take a quick Breck while I shop there to catch up on sports or to have a refreshing margarita
The staff can be alittle busy but when they do get to you they are always pleasant and knowledgeable. This target has been a great addition to out city and mall. I shop here when I want a large variety of things all in one place. 💘

Good shopping spot for general food ie fruit, frozen dinners, drinks, and chips. I love their gaming section and trading card selection. They have good make-up, shampoo/conditioner, hair product, and of course they sell awesome clothes for a low price. Furniture is pretty nice too for the home and decoration.

The manager on duty went out of his way for me. Can't tell you the details as it is a case by case thing they can do. It was evening, he was Latino and I wish I remembered his name. The cashier who asked him was also great for not minding asking even though there was a line and we were nearly complete. Kind and human team. Thank you Capitola

Very easy to order online! Nice to not have to worry about my husband getting the wrong items, or call me and tell me he can't find something!

Target always has the products I am looking for. Whether I'm just in the mood to browse, or I am specifically looking for an item, Target tends to have what I need. Also, I always know I can find a gift for any occasion here.

This is--hands down--the BEST Target on the west coast. The service is utterly sublime. Everyone complaining over lack of product must be mistaken. The workers are always putting in loads of effort, but this location is probably just understaffed.

There's a good selection of so many items/varieties of goods in one place. The employees are nice and helpful. Prices are pretty good and I like the 5% customer loyalty discount.

Everytime I go to to the Capitola store, I notice how friendly it feels. I've had plenty of returns, and they've all gone smoothly back to my RedCard.

I ordered a Christmas present on line and when I went to pick it up it was effortless. It was a very smooth transaction. I really liked the fast service I received and the friendly salesperson that ran me up.

This store has an upstairs parking lot with totally great access to the store on the first floor. This store is super CLEAN. GREAT HELP ONCE UR INSIDE ...BETTER PRICES THEN SAN JOSE

I love this place. my son got lost and I couldn't find him so I bought myself a teddy bear and that was good enough

btw if you find him his name is benny and make sure he eats three meals a day and desert
