Kinda gave up on the service at this location until last night. Johnny was working and had the customers moving efficiently. He never slowed down helping were it was beneficial. Super manager to really see the whole picture where the business is the most important. Thanks Johnny

I love Nob Hill. They have good deals, a fairly workable website and helpful cashiers. Excellent selection on a large variety of foods and sundries. Parking is good as well.

Produce is very fresh with a good selection. The deli has numerous items ready for a quick pick up for a meal - hot and cold items

My go to. I am partially handicapped and they have handicap spaces in front with easy access to shopping carts and have many cart returns where I can also use them. Great selections and staff. I also order on line from them.

The store was clean and well-organized. People there were really nice. We will be going back every day for the next two weeks. We're working here not from here. But we really enjoyed this supermarket

Stopped by after a doctor's visit in the area...it was busy but not to overcrowded. They had a real good wine selection including higher end champagne which is what I was looking for. Had some family over and we wanted to make mimosas. In the butcher section I bought a couple of nice thick Ribeye steaks, and they had some shrimp salsa that was delicious, I bought a large tub of that. They had a nice produce section too. Overall was a nice shopping experience, they also had plenty of registers open, so checkout was a breeze...highly recommend!

I got there about an hour before they were closing and the staff was very kind & very helpful. It was my first time visiting this store and I'll definitely be back. I definitely recommend it. Talk about a bit pricey though.

This has become my new go to store. Prices are competitive compared to Safeway but where they really stand out is in the bakery. Their selection of breads and pastries far surpass any other grocery store in the area. When I need a loaf of bread for my European style lunch, Nobhill is where I go

The reason I give Nob Hill 5-stars well there's a lot of reasons number one it is a very clean store number 2 it is very attractive number 3 it is very well-organized, of course let's not leave out the staff who are very kind and helpful I only have one small negative point and that is in the meat department I'm not talking about their quality of meat especially not the pork chops they are nice and thick and delicious they have several thicknesses to choose from my issue is with a phone call I call the store ask for the meat department and the person that answered the phone was rude to me that is my only issue with nob Hill, you know I'm going to have to mention this it's really odd to find out that it seems like the meat department in several stores have problems because why would they be rude to people unless they are not happy in their department, the reason that I say this is because when I went to Safeway I encountered the same rudeness from the men in their meat department, so what's really going on, are the people in our meat department in our supermarkets not getting paid enough are they being treated badly or what is the problem I don't understand why they would be rude to the public unless there's something going on behind the scenes!

Awesome grocery store. Produce is fresh. Has organic products through out the store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The deli is yummy. The butcher has a great variety. I can almost anything I need or want. The only problem is the prices are too much for me. With that said, you get what you pay for. The prices are totally worth what you get. It's just too expensive for me personally. But it's still an awesome store!!

I love Nob Hill because they are a one of a kind grocery store. Tons of options at the coffee bar, deli, salad bar and hot bar. They carry both kinds of chips I love which I can't find anywhere and believe me I've looked!! I love their in-house made sushi and there meat dept. Their customer service is too notch fer sure! 👍

A great Market with reasonable prices a deli with sandwiches, salad & hot food bars, and a wine bar. Good, helpful staff and a wide range of food products.
Recent changes: more masks, more social distance, more empty spots on shelves, and the option of self check-out.

i love this place. it's my primary grocery store, and remains so ever since i moved to this area fifteen or sixteen years ago. Friendly, helpful. Many of the permanent employees greet me by name. If i can't find something, someone finds it for me or goes to the back to look for it and/or promises to hold it for me when the truck comes in the next day. the young ones, usually students, are well trained and professional. pricing is clear; shelf and register prices agree every time, unlike safeway. deli food is fresh, as are any perishable foods. the store is open until 11:00 p.m., and i do mean open for business; all the staff are not off somewhere in the store stocking shelves, leaving no one at to serve as cashier, so that the customer left to yell from the register to be checked out. yep, i love this place.

Great place to buy groceries. Staff are friendly and helpful. I often chat with the cashiers, which is cool. The store has a full bar inside of the supermarket. The bar usually has people in it. That gives you an idea of the chill, neighborhood vibe in the store. The fish has been good and reasonably priced. I like the roast beef at the deli, especially with horseradish.

A little busy. With Christmas shopping to be expected. See people trying to park everywhere today. Even in stores with carts. LOL Today was little busy. Had and got what I wanted. It has been awhile since I just went in for a couple of things. The self help guy was so helpful.Only went in this time for few things. Had a coupon but it was the last week,so didn't get.

German tourist here. I am in love with this store! It's on the more expensive side of things but oh boy it is fun to shop here! High quality products with a huge variety. Friendly employees. Good atmosphere. Only downside is, like I said, the price of some of the goods. Still 5/5
