AT&T Store

I always have a positive experience at AT&t. I've tried all the other companies, AT&t is the best.

My visit was the perfect experience. Lamar greeted me immediately upon my arrival. He remembered me from my previous visit over 2 weeks ago. He got me set up with my new plan and phone. He is extremely knowledgeable of the plans and product. He clearly laid out my costs and what to expect moving forward on my plan. He was friendly, efficient, and supportive. Great job!!!

We had had problems with agents over the phone, so we decided to go into the store. We spoke with the manager Mario, who was kind and understanding. He corrected all the errors and made things much better!

I went to the AT&T store and was very impressed by Mario. He is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very customer service oriented.

I came in with lots of questions and a complicated situation with my account. After removing myself from my parents account and creating my own account, I was having trouble logging in and setting up my proper email address. The associate who helped me both yesterday and today, ( I unfortunately did not get his name) was so patient with me and really took the time to try to solve the problem. He even reached out to other employees for further assistance. After spending the better part of an hour with him, we finally figured out a solution. He was very kind and never became frustrated. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. I really appreciate all his help. P.S. give him a raise! :)

This place is really cool. They are very friendly and helpful. Oscar always helped me about my questions. He is knowledgeable and he has lit customer service experience. Highly recommend this store!!!!

We made an appointment to change our plans for the various different ones that we had. We were completely disorganized and confused, and Dustin helped us and was awesome! He spent two hours reducing our costs by so much. I had a great customer service experience. In my opinion he would make a good manager!

Lamar is awesom at the capitola mall location. Set us up wit the best deal for an iPhone 14pro for my son for Christmas and set up the new phone and transferred all his data to the new phone. Seemless process and Lamar was courteous, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He even told us to go get lunch while we wait ans he called me directly once the phone was done updating. Very impressed with his customer service skills. He was a pleasure to work with and we’ll recommend him personally for friends that need to go in for anything.

I came to this location during the pandemic to replace an iPhone that was too expensive to repair. The team allowed 2-4 guests at a time, depending on available staff. We were kept 6 ft apart and conducted business between plexiglass. The sales rep that I met with helped me way all my options to best fit my needs. This translated to me leaving the store with a new phone, keeping my number, at a lower monthly rate, and also being able to keep my old phone for another month so I could transfer all the contacts I hadn’t backed up. There was a wait to get in, but they are worth it! Thank you so much for helping make at least part of my life easy. :)

The guys, Bell and Chris, were exceptional in handling all of our requests, concerns and upgrades. They were very kind to my dog and while wearing their masks, provided service with a smile. This was the most painless experience I've ever had in an AT&T store!!

Dawn Long was outstanding, really nice. Very informative and found ways to save $. She went out of her way to make everything flow.
Will definitely keep going to this store.
AT&T has always been helpful and quick to solve any issue.

I was dreading going into the ATT store at all, let alone during COVID. But, I am so happy that I did. They were so nice, the store is not crowded and very clean. I had a complicated 2 phone numbers on same phone issue, they helped me so patiently and professionally. I specifically worked with Stacy, YAY she is great! I did have an appointment, I just called the store, they answered and I got an appt the next day.

Dustin has been THE BEST ATT service person we have ever encountered. He has assisted us multiple times, and each time, he goes above and beyond to get the job done. He is professional, kind, super-smart, and one of the reasons we keep coming back to ATT. Take good care of this man. He’s a real asset.

I had an amazing experience at this location today. Theo handled my questions like a pro, gave me advice about my plan, and even patiently helped me do a last minute exchange when I randomly decided to switch phones. The store is clean and I was seen very quickly. Thank you for the help!
