Before I worked with FiveStar I read their stellar reviews which made me feel I could trust them to offer an easeful experience of selling my home. As a first time home owner I felt a little nervous about the selling process, however all of that went away the moment I reached out during the initial phone conversation. From that moment to a couple of months later when my house sold, every step along the way was peaceful and the team answered all of my questions and they provided information to me in a way that was easy to understand. After 19 years in the same house it was time to sell. So, I called Ben Albers at Five Star. He was knowledgeable about the current market conditions and with some research he helped me make an informed decision on what to ask for the house. Ben and his personal
assistant Crystal were very helpful with getting the house ready for showings. The house looked awesome once it was staged. Pictures inside and out were taken by a professional photographer including drone footage. The house was posted on the MLS the first week of April. Open house on 3 days Friday Saturday and Sunday. On Monday there were several offers to review and a decision to make. Ben went over the offers with me and answered questions. On April 8th I signed an earnest money agreement, On May 8th it closed. A few hiccups along the way but they were resolved professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend Ben Albers as your broker in the sale or the buying of your home. Riley Price is indeed a 5 star realtor! In settling our dad’s estate, Riley represented us as we sold property in Spokane with the added challenge of us residing in the Portland/Vancouver area. Riley went above and beyond in helping us prepare the property to sell and find a buyer. He used his many contacts to arrange for work by contractors from roofers and electricians to move out and carpet cleaning services. Riley even helped us get new appliances delivered and installed.
