Northern Quest Resort & Casino

Every single member of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Entire facility was clean and well maintained. Excellent food and lounge options. Do not stay in room 265 in the River Tower. Although the room was very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, it is right above a loading dock and trash compactor. Backup alerts from trucks and noise from unloading woke us up both mornings we were there. That, however, is my only complaint. Everything else was awesome!

I love going out to the casino for a great entertainment option! The staff is amazing! There are plenty of food and drink options, all of which have been really tasty. I have not personally been lucky enough to win a darn thing but I have an awesome time trying!

The rooms are awesome! Love the beds.. they are super comfortable. The showers are pretty spectacular. Rooms are always spotless clean when I've stayed here. Professional staff.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We were there 2 days. The only complaint is that we had to call front desk 4 times before someone came to our room. The cleaners never came into our room either. But, we definitely had a fun little getaway.

Love coming here for concerts and Masselow's, the drinks at the lounge are delicious. Had dinner at East which was delightful and had great service. We always stop for a slice at Neon Pizza, even if only to take it home for later like we did tonight (you know it's good pizza when it's good cold).

Just outside of town. Perfect. I've won here and so has everyone I know who goes. Service is good. And I hear they comp rooms often. Great distraction from the mondane. Just make sure to walk when your ahead! I recommend this place for sure.

My husband and I go to the Quest for entertainment. The concerts are great, we have been lucky a few times, and the food at the Epic is great! Our hotel experiences have been fabulous! We always have great service and the staff has gone above and beyond to make our stays special! The concierge is awesome! We always sleep like babies in the beds! Super comfortable and the showers are AMAZING!

We attended a wedding here, the loft venue was perfect for the occasion. We had several guests fly in and the shuttle service from the airport was spot on. Some of us used the spa which was so lux, I had the best massage ever. We spent the night which was so lovely and convenient.

The staff are all very friendly and professional, and everyone really tries to make sure you have a great time on your visit. I really have come to appreciate the cigar lounge, the legacy art you'll see everywhere that is dedicated to the honor of the tribe and its history, and the live action gaming, as well as the overall quality of the hotel, spa and pool. Your room will have all the amenities you've come to expect in a luxury hotel, and a few that will delightfully surprise you. Food options are numerous, from affordable and tasty grub, to exquisite fine dining. They are also doing a great job on bringing live music to the venue! Things I would like to see more of on my next visit include the inclusion of tournament style poker, more emphasis on cigar promotions, culture, and events, and perhaps promotional discounts on drink sales for gamers. --------------------------------------

This is the Northwest's premier resort casino, and it's worth a visit, even if you're not into gambling, you will not be disappointed both with the quality of the hotel and the excellent service you will receive from the staff. If you do like to gamble, the payouts ratios seem fair and consistent with Vegas rules, and there are plenty of perks if you are part of the Camas club, including major giveaways each month in the form of cash or cars. It's.a unique experience to stay here, and one I'm sure you will enjoy.

The hotel room was very nice, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was amazing with the shower. The casino was fun, but I lost so bad. I'm glad I go to play and not to win. The Chinese restaurant has amazing food too.

Great location in Airway Heights just outside Spokane. The RV park is super nice, very clean, has plenty of space between rigs, and they have lush lawn throughout.
Then there is the Epic restaurant and sports bar with a TV that *you* control in every booth! Add the delicious food (onion rings are super fresh, huge, and crispy--in a good way--and their crispy chicken sandwich is awesome, too!), and you can't go wrong when eating here.
And the casino was nice, as well! Not overly crowded but you could feel the excitement and hear the wins fairly regularly. Of course, as with most casinos nowadays, it's almost impossible to find a machine with a max pull of less than $3 so donations can go quickly! But on this night, they let us walk away with a few hundred bucks that we didn't have when we got there! (Well, a couple hundred after paying for dinner and super expensive cigarettes! 😜).

Love this place. Great selection of restaurants and a beautiful spa. Have seen some amazing concerts here. Every year we go to the New Year's Eve party at the Pavilion which is a blast, packs in a huge crowd and they even have a speakeasy nightclub. If you've never stayed here, the showers in their rooms are awesome. The Camas Rewards are incredible. So many ways to win and get prizes around the holiday just for being a member along with an easy phone app to keep track of all the perks happening during the year.

Love this place, excellent Concert Hall. Service is less than desired when paying that much for a room on the weekend. It's easier and quicker to drive to the gas station to get a cup of coffee than from the coffee shop. Service needs to improve, from check in to check out. The valets, room service and bellhops are excellent. The service at Top golf was great, lots of fun. The cigar bar was good also.

Our third time staying at Northern quest. Very convenient location for us. Near the airport and outside of Spokane and closer to Lincoln county.
The staff have always been great.
The rooms are very clean. You have gambling, food and other events going on in one location. Movie theater right across the street. Valet is complimentary too.

It's a fun place to go if you want to have a bite to eat and you like to gamble , some days they let u win big but be careful cause they will take it right back . They don't give much free play but they have pretty good comps . They have a kids play place and a sauna you can use for 2 hours if u get your chin waxed and it only costs 25.oo dollars - best pampering situation I've found for the price .Blessings to you , good luck !

This is my first time staying at the resort. We went for a work Christmas party. I like how they had a non-smoking section and a smoking section for everybody. The only thing I dislike is the non-smoking section waaayyy is smaller than the smoking section it seemed like 🤔 besides that, the food for the get together was good. They have a good selection of food for people to buy. They have a nice little snack section as well when you walk in the door to go to the casino, though I did notice 2/3 of the stuff was not priced 🤷🏽‍♀ To everybody working front desk, I greatly appreciate everything you do! You guys are very helpful. To the bartender,waiters/waitresses who sang The 12 Days of Christmas with us. You guys are awesome! Thank you very much for making this first year Christmas party for me and my husband very rememberable! 🤝🏽💜

Went to see a concert and it was really cool in the outside portion. It started raining and got super cold and they had little to no covering for the band or patrons. Still overall great concert

Had a great pre-holiday get away at NQ! Very nicely decorated and they had a small outdoor ice skating rink for the kiddos. We had two meals at the Epic. The BBLT and classic breakfast were a great value and more than filling. We had the steamed clams for appetizer and were very disappointed as they were no larger than a dime and no substance to them! We had a great combo pizza from Neon pizza.

Nice rooms and a huge shower. Love Northern Quest Resort and Casino. The only thing they need to add is full-time room service. They only have a breakfast menu from 7 am to 10 am. Will stay many more times.

The only true downside to this place is there’s no bingo! And it could use a couple more dining options but that’s just me nitpicking. For a bonus they have Quest kids! Basically an arcade to drop the kiddos off lol. Great place for a great time!!!
