Rite Aid

I think this pharmacy is great. They have always been so helpful for me and even go out of the way to contact providers if needed.

They are super short staffed in the pharmecy, totally understandable. I waited an hour and a half over the phone to no answer. I decided to drive over to see if my prescription was ready, upon arrival I realized there was only one gal working the pharmecy. My prescription was not ready, but her attitude was great and she was nice enough to get it ready for me quickly. Thank you for going out of your way for me! I appreciate the pharmecy staff.

The store is clean and very well stocked. They had exactly what I was looking for. They also had a huge array of beautiful, seasonal items that were marked at 70% off. At that price, I had to get some things that I had been wanting. The check out person was very kind and friendly! I could tell that she liked her job and helping her customers. I would highly recommend this Rite Aide!

I am always impressed at how kind and caring the pharmacy employees seem to be. They do a good job communicating and letting me know how long it will take to refill all my prescriptions. I really appreciate everyone who works there and everyone who makes it possible for me to get the medication that my family needs daily. They work together as a such a great team. Thank you!

First off I want to say that Pharmacist Christina is fantastic!! She’s managed my dads medication for several years now and I love that relationship of trust and knowledge!! We where ecstatic to find out she was at the valley location from the South Hill location! That being said, I think we have to step back and realize NOTHING since COVID is “normal” or “regular” anymore. Are there longer wait times? Absolutely. Are there times you have to come back because something isn’t ready, yep! Tell me a place since 2020 that has 100% exceptional customer service? Bet you can’t name one! It saddens me that we are so quick to post negativity but we don’t post hardly anything positive at all. So, to Christina and her entire RiteAid Pharmacy staff…Thank you! Thank you for showing up, working your butts off and being there for crazy hours, giving thousands of COVID tests and vaccines and still managing to maintain your customers prescriptions too!! The madness is real and as one of your loyal customers, we appreciate you all! :)

Aleena (I hope I am spelling her name right) in the Pharmacy at the Spokane Valley Sprague loction deserves a raise!! She stayed on top of what was going on with my prescriptions when Apple Valley Dental failed to send them in correctly or at all, with my horrible tooth infection. Thank you Aleena for showing so much compassion to my frustrations and actually calling me back, calling doctors, answering my questions etc. After running in circles all day, she alleviated so much of my stress. Aleena went above and beyond!!

When you want a pharmacist that goes above and beyond and cares for you like his own family then you need to have Tom O'Keefe, He is more than personable and he took care of my paperwork headache for days doing what was needed for L&I etc., He made it right and his knowledge is spot on with medication!, He is the best out there and I will continue to go to Rite Aid as long as he is there! He also has some wonderful staff to help him as well!! Thankyou for all you do in these tough times!

!nice staff in both the store and the pharmacy. My daughter and I went there for our Covid shot and they handle the process in a timely and friendly manner and the gal that administered my vaccination did it in a manner that gifted me the opportunity of not feeling a thing. I had no idea she had even gotten started. It was wonderful.
The store is great to. They have it set up for easy shopping and it looks very appealing, makes you wanna look around and shop. They have just about everything you can imagine too.

I recently switched pharmacy’s and decided to give Rite Aid a shot. I have managed to have “ok”experiences in the past with other pharmacies. Not terrible but just ok. I have seen a lot of carelessness and condescension with the customers, especially any one over 50. My experience at Rite Aid was a complete 180 from their peer across the street. I was greeted and helped by the pharmacist Shawn ( apologies if I misspelled It, I just asked one of his coworker) He was not only helpful and knowledgeable but he was polite and genuine. I have been taking my prescription for years, typically I am coaching the pharmacist about what I require. Not with Shawn. He anticipated my needs before I had to ask and really made the wait in line ( shocker pharmacies are busy ) manageable. Rite Aid! Clone this guy and watch your sales and stock prices soar! I rarely leave reviews, but somethings you feel compelled to give a shout out for someone that goes above and beyond. Thanks for the great experience I’ll be back next month!

Had the best experience tonight at the Rite Aid on Pines. The pharmacist, Tom, was SUPER helpful in filling an extended prescription for my son. It was a huge relief to be able to get more than a 30 days supply, as my son is traveling abroad and needed a larger supply of his meds.

The person who helped me, Brason, added just the perfect amount of humanity to our interaction to stand out. I was frazzled and said something silly and he went outside basic customer service to just respond, briefly but personally and it really made an impression. Then while he was involved in a lengthy in-the-back attempt to chase down info, 2 other employees thought I was still waiting and tried to help me. Aces, Rite Aid. Thank you.

For prescription pickup, this is always fast & efficient. They work well with Molina Health Insurance. They have a good selection of vitamins & general health & body needs. I like browsing the discount isle for closeout items that are deeply discounted, especially following the holidays.

The staff working this evening were unbelievably helpful and caring. I had a stressful day at Emergency with my husband and they pharmacist that helped fill his prescriptions was really kind and patient with my questions. When I had gotten the wrong thing from the shelf, she corrected my error in a caring way and helped me find the right thing. She took the time to explain everything to me.
Highly recommend coming her for prescriptions!

I needed help researching to find out if my health insurance covers over the counter covid tests. Tom helped me out today and went way above and beyond. I really appreciate the amazing service he gave me. I was going to Walgreens but now I will switch to Rite Aid. Thank you, Tom!

Teresa is an amazing pharmacist! Needed a script quickly and had to jump through some hoops with the insurance company. She was incredibly efficient and got the job done right away!

I can see how the lady would get such terrible reviews. I went there for a covid test and the guy was super super nice. 10/10 but yeah the lady was rude and I'm cisgender and she misgendered me because apparently she doesn't know that Tiffany is a girls name?? (Summer is my middle name) it was really weird but the guy was super nice and well put together.

I am a Cancer patient and struggling with side effects of chemo. I visted 5 or 6 pharmacies last week, seeking a medication for my mouth/lip sores
and canker sores. Not one person knew what I was talking about. I was given the brush off.
When I visited this Rite Aid, Kieth (Pharmacist) knew the medication and was a great help in finding it. He was also a great help with another side effect. I took his advise, it helped almost immediately.
I am very impressed with Kieths knowledge and customer service. I wanted to make sure you know how grateful I am.

Whenever i called they were always on point. My scripts were always done on time or somtimes early. Not to mention everyone that works in the store is very helpful & friendly.

Just switch to this pharmacy and I’m so glad. They are very efficient and great with getting my prescriptions transferred. Great communication as well. So thankful!

The staff was super friendly and filled my prescriptions quickly. I don’t have insurance so they were kind enough to go over the cost of each medicine with me and make sure to fill with generic instead of name brand.
