Simply Northwest has come through for our company several times. Their online store is a good point of sale, but if you have any questions or special requests, do give them a call. They are courteous and kind, and I have always felt a lift after speaking with them. I'm grateful to them for their generous natures and cheerful conversation. And oh yeah, the product! The baskets I've sent and received are gorgeous and their food choices are wonderful.

Ordered 10 gift baskets for work and they were done literally the next day. This was the week before Christmas as well. Pick-up was a breeze and they had everything ready for us. The baskets came out great and were a great value. The store itself is also great for gifts and ended up purchasing gifts for my wife and daughter as well. Highly recommended!

This place has everything you need for decorating and gift giving! I even found a collectable spoon with the city of Spokane on it. Love this place, hope I can visit again when I come back through town.

We have depended on Simply Northwest for many years to assist us with our Corporate Gift Giving and I also can find anything I need for personal gifts at their retail shop. I love that they source a lot of their gifts locally and I can shop there for any occasion.

My husband was traveling from Georgia to Spokane on his birthday and I wanted to do something special for him. Simply Northwest was AMAZING! They did same day delivery so his basket was waiting at the hotel for him. They even coordinated with me on a custom basket so that he got snacks and beer! AND my husband LOVED it! He said the snacks and beer were all delicious! Will definitely use again since they can ship anywhere! Highly recommend!

Such a great company to work with! I ordered some mother's day gifts online, and was happy to help a small business. Even though I live in Utah, it is a neighboring state that I was happy to support. I had to communicate with them a few times and they were so prompt and took care of the few bumps along the way. I will definitely use them again!

Love the unique selection! Many great gifts for all occasions. They offer gift baskets that are already put together or you can put one together yourself. I have always experienced fantastic customer service when I've shopped here. Parking can be a challenge but there is a lot next door that is usually empty that I've used as overflow.

They have baskets for all occasions – some already created or I’ve been able to create my own. Their website is a great resource and you can go into their retail store or order online. Whether I order one basket or two dozen, they have always exceeded my expectations and their delivery service is top notch.

Incredibly helpful. I know I wanted to get something but I don't know how to design a gift basket. THEY DO! Tell them a little about the people you are buying it for, and how much you want to spend....and voila! It get done beautifully!!!
