Frankly, they re-defined my experience in facing car dealerships!
I went there several times, tested many of their vehicles, and finally bought a low-mileage SUV without any hassles! Honestly, the salesman's patience amazed me. Allow me to tell you about our experiences at Auto One, the car dealership that has stolen our hearts not once, but twice!

When I first came to Mark about my husband and I purchasing a vehicle for our real estate business, he could have easily brought us to the first car that I had inquired about. Instead, Mark asked us detailed questions to ensure that we were in fact looking at the correct vehicle for our needs. So instead of the Ford Explorer that I had originally inquired about, he steered us in the direction of a more reliable and overall better vehicle for what we needed it for, our real estate business. We have now owned this vehicle, a Mercedes ML350 for 2 years and could not be happier.

Fast forward two years, and we have purchased a second vehicle from Auto One, a 2021 Rav 4 hybrid blacked out with 40 mpg…Let's not forget the cherry on top of this automotive sundae - the purchase process. It was smooth sailing from start to finish, with paperwork that seemed to magically complete itself and financing options that made our wallets breathe a sigh of relief. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Mark is genuine, funny and just so easy going. No pressure at all. I am spoiled now and will not buy another car with anyone else. The buying process was so easy and quick and I just can't say enough about Auto One.

Then the discussion regarding pricing was very reasonable and to the point. Mark was hilarious, honest, and trustable. Usually I will go to multiple dealers before settling on the final car but this is the first time I walked in and settled on the car and price all in one go. Worthwhile visit.

Two weeks ago, I purchased a 2013 BMW, X5, from Auto One. I requested a get a prequalifed loan, from the Golden 1 credit union for $20,000. I have decent credit, and have been with the Golden 1 for over 20 years, but they countered my request, and only approved me for $12,000 @ 10.5%. I was ready to give up, but Mark said "let me try". Well, he got me qualified with Bay Federal for 6.9. The next day the car started making a whistling noise. I bought the car as is, so I took it to Hayden Euorpean, and they said it was the PCV. They made the repair, and for $1,600, and I was on my way, and the car was running great. I called Mark, just to let him know what happened. He said to come in, and that he wanted to help me. I went to see Mark, and he wrote me a check for $600.dollars. Mark was able to make the whole process of buying a used car a great experience.

I have bought two cars from Auto One. I have sleazy used care salesmen in my family and am wary of small car lots, but these guys are truly exceptional. They are pleasant, patient, honest, and helpful. Both times, I spent a lot of time test driving their cars, chatting with them, etc. I never felt any pressure at all, they were happy to answer my questions, and the cars are great. The first one had zero problems and when I decided two years later that I wanted something bigger, they gave me a great deal on a trade-in (which I swore I would never do), and I drove off in my second new car from them. I have dealt with both salesmen there and I recommend them very highly.

Wow! Compared to the old school places in Seaside auto one is the best. Charlie was polite, very knowledgeable, fast and no bs. They don't sell any cheap rubbishy cars, only quality. I bought an 06 Audi with low miles and took it to the German auto experts in Monterey to change the oil and do a complete diagnostic and it was perfect! I already know where I will buy my next car from.
