This place is a great spot to come for a coffee and breakfast, whether that is a pastry or a breakfast sandwich. While it was a bit pricey, the quality reflected the prices we paid. We would return and you should go!

Their soy-milk latte is to die for. If you want a plant-based milk latte that comes with protein, is velvety and delicious, try their soymilk. Some coffeeshops’ soy milk has a weird bitter taste, but this place does it perfectly.

The interior decor, the amount of seats etc also makes this an ideal coffeeshop.

I do wish they had plant-based pastries.

You need to like their coffee roasting style. Nothing to fancy or exceptional... But overall still very solid and tasty coffee. Barristers are good.

I love Verve coffee so when I was in town I decided to go get breakfast here. Food was delicious and coffee just amazing.

Fantastic local roaster. Plenty of coffee variety to pick from. Helpful staff too. I tried a pour over and they were able to describe what it should taste like. Their pour over devices are really neat too. Too cold today, but they also have good cold brews.

Such a cool spot. The atmosphere and decor is pretty chill. It's right in the downtown, so perfect for an evening drop in. My house latte was was awesome albeit a bit sweet. Didn't get to try the breakfast or snacks but looking forward to come back.

This is unique coffee shop that goes well with the Santa Cruz downtown theme to avoid big brand names. We only tried different types of coffee during our visit and loved what we got. The oat milk latte had a very subtle flavor of oat milk and it enjoyed. The interior of this coffee shop has a unique decor and is well maintained. Would highly recommend to visit instead of usual coffee brand shops.

I ordered the Goat Cheese Garlic toast with roasted tomatoes & ADDED Avocado to the toast! Most delicious & satisfying.

This location is centrally located downtown with easy access points to get in and out easily. Ample meter parking & a free parking if u look for it.

Large open & bustling space filled with people doing their own thang on the free WiFi. Lots of remote workers & tourists ducking in out of the rain.

The coffee was a drip with cream! Always freshly roasted.

Great atmosphere, delicious treats, good coffee. Try they chai latte (vegan version available), you won't regret it.

We stopped by few times to grab coffee from this famous coffee roaster during our stay in Santa Cruz. It is located in a central location among shops and many restaurants. The coffee shop is well designed and decorated. It has a fresh, airy and modern look. There are items such as mugs and coffee on displays for purchase. The ordering is easy and baristas are working frantically creating custom drinks using the finest ingredients. We had great experience every time we visit.

Verve is definitely a place I stop everytime I am in the area. Their coffee and matchas are really good. It was very crowded on a Sunday morning

Beautiful coffee establishment. I’ve seen these around the Palo Alto area, as well. Very clean and well designed inside. Coffee is super delicious. They have roasted beans to buy to take home, too. Breakfast food selection leaves some Tito be desired, but I’ll definitely be back again when I’m in town for a hot coffee or espresso in the morning.

It's always a pleasure to visit Verve Coffee when I'm in Santa Cruz. Great coffee, well presented. They have a good selection of brewing methods available. Six of us all had different drinks, all of us were impressed.

For 4:00pm this place was packed. The baristas who took my order and made my Pumpkin Pie Latte were very nice. My Latte was great and the seating available was good too. 4.7/5.

Drove down to Santa Cruz from San Jose to take the scenic route up to SF and had to stop at Verve. I’ve bought their beans back home in Texas, and have always considered them to be a GREAT roaster.

The shop was full of energy, my Capp was solid, and the baristas were incredibly kind! Loved my experience!

Talk about knowing coffee! Wow im impressed! This is coffee at its finest! I enjoyed every drop of my almond milk cap or whatever it was that he talked me into. Pure perfection! Fresh Organic Coffee! and your four legged hairy babies don't have to wait outside! A very Spacious chill hip coffee house!

Great reiews and close to the coast so we had to check it out. Love the vibe and friendly staff. Drinks were on point as well. Highly recommend before you cruise up or down the coast.

Warm, clean, modern atmosphere. Great latte. We ordered several travel sized coffee beans for our camping trip that one of the baristas helped us pick out and ground for us. Will come back!

Wow this place is excellent. I had the iced tea and it tasted excellent even without the sweetener.
