Walgreens

Hooray for Walgreens! My friend who is suffering from Parkinson’s went in today for a sixth Covid booster shot. I tried to explain to him, that as Covid is no longer rampant, it was not necessary. He went anyway and the staff kindly explained to him that he did not need it and talked him out of getting it. I will now be doing all my pharmacy shopping at Walgreens. Thank you so very much for doing the right thing.

The folks at this Walgreens are very helpful and nice! I was looking for some help with batteries and a helpful lady made the process very easy and even tried to find the correct battery by testing out one of her own. Thanks all!

Commenting on pharmacy staff. As a medication technician I’m aware of how things should be. I have been using this location for over 5 years. They have the occasional hiccup like anywhere else but no consistent issues. Overall the staff is well trained, professional and competent. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel some of the negative remarks on here are unfair and baseless.

Every time I come in , I am welcomed with a warm smile, especially when Brandon is working. He is hands down my favorite, he is always happy to help and with a smile😁. I first met Brandon when he worked at CVS on Mission. Management was terrible there. It seems a lot happier too! So shout,out to Brandon " Thank you for always putting a smile on my face😁😁💜." " YOU ROCK!"

A good drug store. Was sent to find face cream for my wife. I was spotted in the notions and potions aisle in under a minute. I was directed to the desired cream and was on my way in two minutes more. The nice lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, very efficient, and very friendly.

So I'm from out of town and came to this Walgreens and they have awesome customer service Chris and Elijah really help me out I would recommend this Walgreens to anybody in the area

Went in to print photos, and got held up by printer issues. Brandon and Katherine were super helpful and friendly with resolving the issues! Honestly my best experience with Walgreens!

Transferred all my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens! Drive-up is convenient! Walgreens has ALL products. CVS carries CVS products only. Please open a Walgreens in Capitola!! But I'll drive the extra 8 min in the meantime!

Best drugstore in town!! Friendly customer service. Fast pharmacy. The makeup sections are always so clean and organized.

Easy to get order paid on line so I did not have to pay at store.

Brandon and Nancy went above and beyond in providing great customer service in helping find crutches in a emergency!!
