I shop at this CVS location often, both for myself and my clients. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. I will continue to shop here and recommend this store to friends and family.

I live for the pharmacy! The techs are great, and the pharmacist is wonderful. They all know my scripts and are extremely professional. They go the extra mile.

In fact, I’m even editing this review just because I love this pharmacy. I call you during the times I need to double-check my prescription with an actual tech and you are always so friendly. I’m so grateful. You have no idea. Thank you so much. I also make sure I can make the trip to town so I can go to get my prescription from you. It is worth the extra effort for me. 🙏💗 The romance may be one-sided but that’s ok, CVS. It’s not that deep, it’s about being able to be treated like a lady. 💕💕💕

At the CVS store in Santa Cruz I had a great experience scanning and printing family photos. The person who helped me, Gina, was quite personable and highly competent. The store manager, Lynn, also works hard to encourage great work and provide a comfortable shopping environment.

A shout out to the staff in the pharmacy (Sergio and others who names I did not catch) and at the check-out- thanks for being so nice about it with all you put up with. I had some really good experiences and interactions while I was in the store, despite it obviously being a very hectic and stressful time for everyone, what with the wildfires and the chronic fray of life in Santa Cruz. Y'all are really doing an exemplary job! Also, the kindest security guard I have ever met :)

The employees are very helpful, was were I bought most of my beauty supplies since the closest and convenient, But Loved their rewards program you can combine there reward bucks with coupons and staff help you if something is mislabeled .

Because it is human, with people of all walks of life, the clerks are helpful and friendly. Wide variety of products. Easy access free parking.

Came in just looking for allergy meds got help immediately some directed me right where I needed to find allergy meds and was checked out fast.

Great Ice Tea selection. Staff friendly
