I can’t say enough that is good! They came out within an hour. They fixed our seriously clogged kitchen sink.

My husband said the tech was awesome. Plumbing is never cheap, but, the fee was reasonable!

My favorite part, he cleaned both sides of the sink and they were shiny.

Very impressed. Oh, and they give you treats! Nice kitchen scrubbers, some candy, a pen.

I had the faucet system in my shower replaced yesterday and was very happy with the work as well as with the technician Romero. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did the work in a timely manner. The shower works better than it ever did. I am very pleased!

I called over 10 plumbing companies and no one had experience with our brand of high-end wall-mount bidet toilet. I was finally referred to Duncan Plumbing who provided great service from beginning to end. The receptionist checked to confirm there was a technician who is familiar with the brand and model of our toilet before sending someone out. Ramiro was the technician who worked on our case and did excellent work. He was detailed and professional and figured the issue quickly. He also kept me informed so I knew the extent and cost of the work to be done before we proceeded, and there were no surprises in the end. He completed the work in an hour, the toilet now works flawlessly, and Duncan Plumbing called later to follow up and asked how the experience was. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Simply the best. The technician arrived on time, actually a little early, knew the radiant heating system better than anyone that has looked at it before. He explained the system and the repair process in detail. He obviously cared about the quality of his workmanship and in providing a positive customer experience. Based on this repair I would recommend Duncan Plumbing to anyone.

Jed from Duncan Plumbing/California Radiant serviced my Munchkin boiler. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Radiant flooring techs for existing systems are hard to find and Jed may be one of a few in town. Everything zone was checked and confirmed for heat. A leak was found in the condensate pipe under the boiler which was really hard to access, and he had to cut a hole in the platform that the boiler was sitting on. Also Munchkin is no longer in business so parts are hard to find. He ordered the part, and when it arrived he had to modify it for it to work. All a success! I liked that he showed me videos and photos along the way and included them in the estimates and invoices. Great job.

Great. Given our emergency -- the sanitation dept flooded our house with sewage --Scott the manager came out personally to help me. Crews were scrambled at short notice to fix the emergency plumbing, inside and outside the house, and they did a fine job. Thank you all!,

Miguel came to my home and assessed my plumbing issue. He explained what could be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost, He also assured me that the work is guaranteed.

We got several estimates to replace a gas water heater. I was impressed with the estimator for Duncan Plumbing. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain options, and best of all did not try to up-sell me on a tankless heater. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up when through. We called Duncan to request same day emergency service, they were able to dispatch Miguel before the after hours fee kicked in. Miguel is very knowledgeable, happy to describe his work and offered tips. He came ready to get water running again. We are very pleased with Duncan’s customer service and Miguel’s workmanship. By the way, in our desperation to get water running again, we called other plumbing companies and even they recommended Duncan for same day requests.

Our hot water heater inconveniently gave up on us on a Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago. Not wanting to wait until normal business days/hours, I contacted Duncan Plumbing and was up and running again by late afternoon. It was a difficult installation because of the under the house location, but Eric handled it with ease and grace and patiently answered all of my questions.
