Frank successfully unclogged our kitchen drain, discovering that the actual cause of the issue was literal roots in our pipes. He showed me the roots wrapped around his drain snake, thoroughly explaining how and why this problem happened. He outlined my service and repair options, pointed out a few more potential plumbing issues we could face, and promptly provided a quote on his tablet, which he immediately emailed to me. I can honestly say that Frank dedicated more time than required, making sure I understood everything. In the end, I was charged less than I had expected for such a fantastic job. He completed the project He replaced our old hot water heater, and made an adjustment to the kitchen faucet system which we were initially planning to replace because it was installed incorrectly.
