Eric is an amazing trainer, he pushes you while being extremely supportive and comical. I really appreciated knowing he was helping me to improve my body mechanics as well as hitting my fitness goals. Eric is extremely professional, welcoming, and his rates are super reasonable. Eric is the best trainer around. Finally had time to stop by and even then it took a while for someone assist. Then I was told to text the trainer because I would be contacted to schedule an appointment.... a week has gone by and still have not heard anything back.
