I visit this store faithfully every single solitary day, for either , gas, cigarettes, or coffee, and the employees THIER are EXTREMLY NICE, & HELPFUL, IF THE LIQUID CREAMER IS EVER OUT, OR THE COFEE GETTING, THEY REPLACED. IMMEDIATELY, THE COFEE IS SO delicious and fresh, And on top the guys are very friendly, they ALWAYS GREET THIER customers with a ,HELLO, it's all around a GREAT STORE AND GREAT EMPLOYEES

Yee yee ' when someone wants to buy me ' a cup of Joe ( ☕) they get from star 🌟 buck ' yee normally gets 99 cents at local gas stations " when you get a choice " its in the middle " 2 " " great great coffee " the catch is ' you make your cup of choice ' " win win " best of all " yee " got a change from a coffee run " that would be where yee ' got " the 1943 penny's " before yee meet the new owner too

Really clean store, the worker was really nice. I read all the bad reviews before going and realizing that all the negativity against this place is fake. This place is really clean and organized. There restroom seem to always be open.

They are not open 24 hrs. And I wish they would put accurate times. It's extremely disappointing when it's 2 a.m., and you search for nearest ampm, and find out their closed when you get here.

Friendly service but not the best prices

Same as last review. Yesterday I put $20 in gas. Then I go inside to use the restroom. The cashier a young man. Told me no public restroom I said what and he said again no public bathroom. He was really rude. Without even saying sorry or something.

My grandfather has always lived about 10 houses down and I have been coming to the store since I was 2 years old for over 30 years I have visited this location and have seen many different owners but the current owners are just complete garbage. They have no customer service I go in there and buy things multiple times a day and I can't even use the bathroom at 7:00 in the morning. He tells me to come back at 8:00 like the customer has to use the bathroom to the point where they're going to go in their pants and he comes in your store and actually buys things on the daily basis then maybe you should let them use the bathroom. By far the worst owners the night time attending is closed for like 3 hours
You shouldn't say you're a 24/7 convenience store then close for a random 3 hours yes I get that there's lunch and stuff like thar but I have work for this company and in no way does the store need to be closed for 3 hours at least say hey I'm open from this time to this time but nonetheless the way that they treat people is absolutely disgusting I will be calling corporate office as many times as I have to the only good employee is DJ

THEIVES!!WORST SEVICE I'VE EVER HAD!! POORLY MANAGED! END OF FEB I gave my boyfriend $35 to put in my carAND A new hire (left alone by the manager) Put my $35 on the wrong pump , THAN Made MY BOYFRIEND wait whiile helping other customers, by the time he was done MY MONEY, THE GAS, and the otherCAR were gone!! We were told , by the newbie to wait 1 hour until the manager came back from lunch, because he didn't know how to fix what he'd done, after WAITING FOR AN HOUR the manager came back & said she couldn't do anything, we weren't getting our money back because it had been put on the wrong pump, We'd have to talk to the owner. She took the receipt wrote down my boyfriend's name, and number said the owner would be in next day and would call him, hes not been called and is dodged when he goes in person. IM APPALLED AT THE TREATMENT that was the only money i had due gas and because of this i ended up running out of gas And walking! I've been patient and waited long enough THEY NEED TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION BEFORE IT GOES ANY FURTHER . IF THIS IS the type of employees
thats being hired the OWNER needs to reevalute how their business is OPERATED AS THIS IS A DIRECT REFLECTION ON THEM THEIR BUSI ESS AND THE AMPM affiliation.

I went in to get a lotto ticket and tried to use the lottery machine. It took my $20 but wouldn’t let me get a ticket and you can’t get your money back. The clerk said I could buy scratch offs instead. I don’t want scratch offs. She said I could wait for the lottery lady but did not know when she would be there. The clerk would not refund my money. I will never go there again

They are not open 24 hours, they usually are closed after midnight. Also they dont have the most friendliest people working there(except for Oscar, he is nicest person working there) as they can be very rude. Also they dont change the prices on their fuel, they usually are the most expensive ampm/arco around. Which is unfortunate because ampm/arco is known for havibg affordable gas. Fuethermore the owner is also rude, she says there is no public restrooms available, well if that is the case you shouldnt be allowed to sell food. Especially when there is a pandemic going on, a little hygeiene goes a long way.
I usually take my business to the ampm on Coffee Road, because they are polite plus they have public restrooms. So its their loss.

I went to get gas for $20. And I asked to use the restroom, they said no public restroom. I ended up taking my money bad. What kind gas station is that.

I am an Uber driver and was not allowed to use the restrooms.
