I went into Heart and Sole and was promptly greeted by the staff. I explained what I was looking for and was brought out a few pairs of shoes to try on. We landed on a pair that I thought was going to work, but after I went home and tried them out on the treadmill the shoes were creasing into my foot. I brought them back the next day and explained I wanted to swap for another similar pair. Without question I was helped out and the staff knew and reassured me these things happen; As I felt bad for bringing them back. I landed on a pair of TOPO shoes with way more confidence after the great experience. Highly recommend giving this store a try !

I usually don't write review but this place is the best! The Employees both knew exactly what they were talking about and knew the products. When I told the employee "my feet are wonkie when I run" she saw just what I meant by running in the store ONCE and fit me for a pair of shoes to help me correct the way I run. If thats not enough, they have a store dog! Rose made my day and was friendly with my toddler. I always trust a person with a dog more then someone who doesn't.

The staff at Heart & Sole were very nice and professional. They worked with me on getting shoes fitted and insoles for my current shoes. Ultimately, I decided to get just the insoles this time, but will be back for my next pair of shoes!

I rarely write reviews but I just feel that I have to highly recommend this shop. Kenny, the owner is highly trained and very patient. He spent quite a bit of time considering my foot and knee issues. With each shoe that I tried on he took the time to analyze my gait and work with me until he found the very best fit. I am so happy to be able to support such a wonderful local business and highly recommend him and his shop to anyone who needs direction in identifying the proper footwear.

Great local running shop! I was searching for new running shoes and was given a few choices based on my style of running and distance. Very friendly and personable staff. I will definitely be purchasing shoes from them again!

They are amazing!!! Really kind and helpful. Willing to take as long as it takes to find the perfect shoes for you. Extremely knowledgeable with their shoes and products! They video your students as they have you walk/run o a treadmill in order to find you the perfect fit. I am a retuning costumer and love their service!

It’s obvious that Kenny knows his product and how to fit anyone looking for new shoes! Plenty of options, even in today’s supply chain challenged environment.
I’m just getting back into running short distance again. Got a great pair of Hoka’s.

Good selection of shoes, very knowledgeable staff, they cater to all levels of ability and they support the local running community. They usually have some killer sales on gear and apparel. Between Heart and Sole and Fleetfeet, we have two great running stores in Santa Rosa.

I have been shopping at Heart & Sole since it opened in 2008! Kenny and Danny are the best and their staff actually know how to "fit and sell" a pair of shoes! P. S. They also provide work for high school athletes...

Great customer service. George was very helpful in helping me find the right insole for my low arches as well as showing me different types of shoes that would best help with my low arches.

Braden my shoe specialist was most excellent. Very knowledgeable in all the shoes there including shot put and discus shoes I bought a pair of running shoes I am very happy with them

This is the only place I go for my sneakers. I wear size 8.5D to EE and they're the only place that carries these sizes in store.
