Children love to visit PetSmart. Birds, reptiles, fish - My daughter loves to visit the kittens and goldfish display.

Great staff at this location! Super nice and helpful and stocked with lots of goodies! Inside the Costco and Target center on Santa Rosa Ave. Lots of parking out front!

I really like this pet store. They have a large selection of pet supplies and food. Although acting as a separate entity, Banfield Pet Hospital is located inside the store. Soon, they will be filling the dog training position, while pet grooming is ongoing. I have taken one of my dogs to the Pet Hospital and purchase food at their store. PetSmart supports programs to provide pet food to families with economic issues. They also support making veterinary care available to families having trouble affording it. PetSmart also supports pet adoption programs, as well as having pets in their stores for adoption.

They do a Great job on my bby! Will be coming back soon!

Groomers are great. I take my 3 dogs every 2 months.

We order online pick up in store about 1 hour later good deals online. Just got a E-collar great deal.

They are great people and always helpful. I needed to exchange a crate for a bigger size and unfortunately I lost the box to the old one but they still let me exchange it. I also had a guy stand with me for a few minutes to see if he could help me find a place that sold a specific shampoo they didn't have that I needed.

I have a Father & Daughter Golden Retrievers. Whenever I go into PetSmart I always go to the pet clinic and weight de-hounds. This store is well laid out. If they don't have what you are looking for, you don't really need it. The Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This store is very well stock alot to choose from never without your pet food. I love this store. the customer service are great. too.

These girls in front office that do the grooming ....they are great with Joey . Joey lives to get his nails did !!!

I recently awoke to find my oldest angel fish dead. I took some water in to be tested and the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and able to explain to me exactly what to do to fix the problem. When I bought the wrong filters and had to bring them back , she was able to direct me to the correct ones. This all happened during the pandemic and social distancing when customer service has all but vanished. I appreciate her help in saving the rest of my fish.

I have brought my dog in twice to be groomed after not being able to book with my regular place. The first time the website messed up and let me book a full bath and haircut when that time slot was not available. Bethany still took him and gave him a bath and a small trim up and he looked great! My dog is very difficult with grooming and also bites and the groomers there still get him looking good. Yesterday Brie took him for a haircut and she was so professional and patient while I explained his behavioral problems and he looked really cute when he left! I’m really impressed with the grooming salon here and thank them for dealing with my dog.

I found a dog coat on sale for $23.99 but when I checked out it the price was $31.99 and I told her the tag said it was on sale and my husband went back there and took a picture of the tag with the sale price and showed her and she was so nice about it and said well that s all I needed was the picture of the price she changed it right away ...

Specifically for a grooming appointment: Sam did an AMAZING job on Kyber (our husky). I love that she checked in and let us know how he did when we picked him up. He came out so happy that he sprinted my husband around the parking lot twice, so Kyber loved Sam too!

Stopped by to get my dog a bath and hair cut. Stephanie was the young lady that took care of her. Very sweet lady and she did a great job. My Bear is beautiful. Lol will go back next month and have her done again.

When we got a cute and healthy hamster, one of the staff members, we met before buying our Winter white hamster, was very kind, helpful and generous. She helped us on what to get for our new hamster. Also, this shop is so clean and the staffs are kind and helpful.

It has turtle supplies :)
