They have the best communication with their customer service. This is my 3rd visit within the year and have zero complaints. Thank you Laura Forrest for the amazing attention to detail and for always making me feel comfortable with my concerns and or questions.

Got in out in under 10 mins for DMV services. This place is efficient and very friendly. Thank you so much for what is typically not a pleasant trip to the DMV into the quickest I've ever taken care of my registration needs.

Stopped in to pick up an international driving permit for my upcoming trip to Thailand and the entire process only took 20 minutes. I am not a AAA member and although there was a line when I walked in a woman asked me what I needed and she helped me from start to finish, easy peazy.

Ask for JOHN LYNCH, I promise you that he will treat you like his family. I have been dealing with John since I got my drivers permit about 16 years now. Buying cars or if I sold one, accident, road side, dmv issues. This man hands down is amazing! Honest truth if AAA ever looses this employee I will venture somewhere else. He is the primary reason I’ve stayed with AAA so long.

The branch is being renovated and things are still flowing as before. The seating area is great for us folks with mobility issues. Service is still great even through the construction.

Fast and friendly service at the Modesto AAA branch. We completed 2 DMV transactions in less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend over going to DMV for basic services.

DMV services make it worth the membership alone. So much better than the regular DMV. It took very little time. And now that they've renovated, it's even easier. 👍👍

AAA is fast and easy to take care of auto tags and property insurance. Do not know what I would do without emergency road services. HWY Angel 😇

I love being a member of AAA. The branch here in Modesto was easy to find, parking was good. I went there for DMV services and was helped immediately and very satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend AAA to anyone who needs auto mobile insurance as well as other services. I love taking advantage of being a member because I can use my card, practically anywhere for discounts and savings as well today.

Tend to forget DMV services are available at AAA for members so have used only a few times. Faster than DMV and far more appealing than a DMV waiting room with 100 people

We used the DMV service & got great service. The women that helped us knows her stuff. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly & very patient.

There was no waiting to assist me when I walked into this Branch. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and helpful. My situation was a whole mess with another State hindering me from moving forward due to misinformation from another company and mishandling of my policy. Thankfully, AAA Insurance Agent Herb Wiggins addressed all my particular needs in one quick visit. I was walking out the door with a new policy in hand and a smile on my face in no time knowing I’ll stay with AAA for life! I highly recommend AAA Modesto Branch before looking anywhere else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

THE YOUNG LADY THAT HELPED US WAS SO EFFICIENT AND LOVELY. WE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM STOCKTON TO MODESTO. SHE ALSO HELPED US WITH A FEW OTHER MATTERS . ALL AND ALL WE WERE TREATED WONDERFULLY AND WE WILL BE RETURNING TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN.
