Love the father and son who own and run this location. They are polite and very helpful. Great selection of different cultural foods and items all at affordable prices. Also, they bring in fresh bread daily. Definitely suggest paying them a visit. It will be well worth your time.

This place is always helpful and accommodating. I had gone in for lavish and they were receiving a shipment that day. The son of the owner personally called to see what time they would receive the shipment so I didn't hang out for no reason. The place is always clean and tidy. Very respectful and every customer respectful to each other wears a mask.

I discovered this store while walking to liquor store to purchase a Gatorade. It sparked my curiosity, so I went inside and oh boy I was so happy. They had everything and more that I was always ordering online. The customer service was great. I love it the price was reasonable compared to what I was paying along with the shipping fees online. I highly recommend this store if you’re into healthy food and herbal products, they even have glassware and other home items.

Wonderful Mediterranean/Middle Eastern store. Family-run and always well stocked, the owner and his kids are always friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and we always buy some of the Pirashki and fresh Halva to go with our Lavash bread. The selection of Persian spices and cooking needs are hard to beat in the valley. I do wish they had a fresh bread selection and maybe marinated meats for Kabobs, but again, I can only imagine how stretched the supply chain is in Modesto. I highly recommend walking in and browsing their selection. You'll always find something new and delicious.

The owner is very nice guy. He is respectful. He told me not to take one kind of the candy because it has alcohol. Alcohol is against my religion.

I love this market, they are always so helpful as are dine of their customers! I'm always able to find what I need for Middle Eastern cooking. They have the freshest pita ever plus some that are flavoured.

Great place to find Middle Eastern and Russian food. Could not believe how many Russian foods I found today. Also found a great selection of Feta cheese and Russian breakfast sausages. It’s not the easiest place to see while driving down Sylvan because it’s sort of behind George’s Burgers but once you find it you’ll love the market.

We had a little trouble finding Barberry for making Persian Zereshk Polow but the owner came to the rescue. Real nice guy.

Great selection of middle eastern food products and great prices! Also very friendly staff, always helpful and offer boxes for bigger cans and jars. Even gave me a free pack of bread once!

I love this place. Staples of my life are tea and chocolate as well as Digestives and HP Sauce - yup I’m from the UK - this place has all of the above and gets the freshest English chocolate in California ! The only reason you wouldn’t shop there is if you didn’t know what they have !!! Go there !! Great people too

We just love the store all the different Mediterranean ethnic food. Very very friendly owners! That goes a long way specially when you don’t know what something is and they can explain it.

The local go to place for all things Middle Eastern or Russian. Kind of a local secret. They even have Kelbasa & Poppyseed Cake as well as tons of diverse ethnic goodies. Prices are fair. Clean. The owner is a super-nice guy.

This is a very nice, clean, well stocked store. The only place I can find salt-free Greek seasoning!! Love their cheese, olives, sweets.
