Banfield Pet Hospital

There are no Banfield visits anymore and I felt lost today. Our fur baby went to heaven last Sunday. The staff was fabulous with us always but especially during such a sad time for our family.

Amazing service. Helps me feel and make sure my dogs are healthy.

The staff is very respectful & nice! The Doctor is Amazing! Decided to sign up for the wellness plan for my aging doxie. Great price for all you get (included/discounts). Will ONLY take my fur baby to Banfield from now on!

Had to cancel 1st appointment due to family emergency but they rescheduled and got my dog right in. Just moved in from out of state and was higher than I have been paying for same work but they were very professional and thorough. Dog seemed happy with experience and will definitely keep using Banfield. 🙂

Best service at the best price. They really care for your pets. Had a pet in surgery and the Dr. came out to let us know how it went. Even spent a few minutes talking to us about the procedure. All of the employees are very thoughtful.

I miss Dr.Basra , but aside from that they treat your pets well, good vets.

I have a cat who is only transports for vet visits and gets very, very anxious. The staff helped and handled her so well, minimizing the stress and frustration. The vet was very kind, listened to the concerns I had for transporting her on a long car ride and instead of being dismissive (as previous vets had been towards us) she found an excellent solution to make it as safe as possible for her, including a few suggestions I hadn't thought of.
She had a bit of what seemed potentially like a vaccine reaction, so I called after we returned home and asked a few questions about it. They remembered her anxiety and confirmed that, while i needed to keep an eye on it that it was likely the anxiety causing it and to let them know if anything changed and stressed the time windows for bringing her back in if I feel it's getting worse. She's definitely bounced back and I'm quite grateful for them being only a phone call away. Thank you guys so very much!

Very professional. As a first time pet owner they took care of my pet. I did enjoy going there.

If you can afford $35 per month for your pets health then you must get on their plan. 24/7 chat with a vet. Send them pictures and symptoms.. They can get you in the next day for the pets exam without ever charging you. Unlimited office visits. It's just peice of mind knowing that if your pet is not acting normal you can simply chat with a vet no charge any time and get professional advice.

The place is nice and clean. The Doctor Hartzell was very informative and caring about my little dog. She told me all I needed to know about prices including putting my dog to sleep for she was very sick fortunately I didn't have to do that. My animals will all now go to her.

I have been to 3 other veterinarians hospital with my pets and have been so disappointed when I had to come to pick them up. My pets were wrongly Injured !!! Since ive been going to Banfield the atmosphere with the doctor, nurses and even the reseptipnist are unbelievable different. They are happy and friendly, they take time to listen to you and to get to know your pets. They worked out a payment plan for me. The doctor explains everything to me !!!. Overall I love this place Banfield and so do my pets !!! Thankyou Banfield, you guys are the best !!!!!!

I would like to thank the staff at Banfield for having patience with me as I couldn’t locate Luna’s Vaccination record. The Doctor that treated Luna took his time in explaining the kidney failure and all of our options. Kindness and caring are two of the attributes that I love about Banfield. Thank you Yessinia/Gessinia for all of your help with our baby girl.☮💟

My fur babies did excellent waiting for their check up and the staff was very friendly and understanding of handling them, despite that my male huskey peed on the staff member (he was nervous) but they handled it very well! I would definitely come back for more future appointments!

I adopted a GSD puppy from animal shelter in December 2016. She has had some health problems, along with being diagnosed with Parvo at the shelter. She beat that and then had other problems which she was treated for at Banfield. All of the staff there are wonderful. They really care for your animal.

The people there were so kind when we had to put our dog down. They sent us a card of sympathy along with a paw print. Banfield is the best bar none.

Store is extremely clean, well lit, and well staffed. Has a tremendous selection of hard-to-come-by prescription foods and supplies.

Banfield is a great veterinary clinic. The staff really care about your beloved pets and will do whatever they can to help. It's great that the clinic is located inside PetsMart. You can get all of your pet shopping done while waiting. They have the largest selection of special veterinary pet foods of any store in Modesto.

We had a great experience at this pet hospital,,, the vet and her assistant were so helpful and good with all our needs. We will definitely use them again 😊
