Best crown prep experience I've had in DECADES. Staff is very friendly and answers the silliest of questions.
I have a lot of work that needs to be done....and I have never felt condemnation or ridicule over the state of my teeth.

Love Dr. Pannu. She's clear and decisive. She explains the options, and lets you make the decision about your dental care. I also love that she is not ham-handed but sure and steady. The office staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants, are all wonderful people.

True Honesty about the condition you’re in and what you’re needing. A good chat always while there too!! Very flexible and lets you know your payment options before you’re in the chair, not after which I love!

Just had my first with this office. I had a lovely experience. Office staff were courteous and respectful. Dental assistant and Dr Pannu were down to earth and easy to talk to.
I really appreciated Dr Pannu speaking to me and incorporating me in my own dental care. She was not pushy and did not try to get me to have unnecessary procedures. She advised me of my options and accepted the decisions I made. I definitely intend to stick with her for future dental care.

Update: Amazing provider, hygenist, and care team. Have been going to Village One Dental for about two years now and have not regretted the choice at all. Love going here.

The Doctor has my Upmost Highest Respect for ensuring that when she does her work she does it well. Ive Been Through 2 Diffren’t Dentists and Both Have been very good. However Dr. Pannu Takes Her skillsmanship to a top tier Level. Amazing Doctor.

This place is great. Dr. Pannu and all the staff are very gentle and understanding. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but they have made it a comfortable and happy experience for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was beyond nervous for my appointment. Both the doctor & assistant were AMAZING. They reassured me & talked through everything while making sure I was comfortable! Hands down will not go anywhere else!

My family sent me to try village one to see if they should become new patients. The staff and the Dr. Are kind and compassionate. They listen to their patients. As a new patient, covid interrupted my dental care and I put it aside for a long time. I felt nervous and worried about seeing a dentist and what staff would think of me. They didn't make me uncomfortable, answered all my questions genuinely, never tried to sell me anything. I can sense after my first visit the Dr. And their staff are patient advocates. Even if you do not have dental insurance, I recommend becoming a patient here. There's no judgement on what you choose to do for covering your care, and staff will help you with making decisions in your best interest. I appreciated being heard and understood. There was no pressure to purchase anything or get additional services. Village One dental is the standard that all dentists should be doing. I've lived here my entire life, this is the first dental practice I've felt trusting of.

My crown fell out and they fixed it an hour after I called. Great service.

We’re should I start, hmmm, ok first the customer service ,excellent I’m not just say this. I love my Dr.
There knowledge is exceptional.
They take alot of effort to make sure that the customer is at its best when done and comfortably.
They are kin and extremely helpful with your insurance stuff.

Love this office! No wait time and very professional. Also the dental hygienist is not rough. She takes her time and does a very thorough job.

Incredible!! Never have I felt so comfortable and relaxed in a dentist office... Dr Pannu is a real caring doctor that goes above and beyond herself to explain details and the procedure (s). Staff get five stars as well for being so kind and helpful.

I’m impressed so far with this office. I’ve been searching for a Dentist who not only was contracted with my Mothers dental insurance but an office who can show kindness to some who’s patience is needed. (My mother has dementia)

Cynthia helped me schedule her appointment & answer all my questions and Julia was equally wonderful explaining her dental plan & things needed to be done. Tomorrow she has an extraction let’s hope that goes well! 🤣

I was PETRIFIED to go to the dentist. It has been years actually. I knew I needed a lot of work done. The entire staff especially Rachel and Dr. Pannu were excellent. Very compassionate. Dr. Pannu explained all of my options in detail. The office is clean and bright. I am so happy I chose to go to them after years of not visiting a dentist. I'm scheduled to have all of my work done and I could not be happier.

I’ve been coming to village one since Dr.Yook was the dentist he was awesome with me and my son. My whole family went to him. I was kind of skeptical when he retired and had someone else as a replacement, boy I was wrong to have doubts. Dr.Pannu is equally amazing if not more. She has been wonderful with each of my needs and my sons as well. She is super quick and does things right definitely recommend this dentistry. The office staff is super friendly too!
