Aisle 1

Just left Aisle 1 and was very pleased with customer service. The cashier Vanessa helped me and was a sweetheart. She needs a raise!! Lol very clean store and will be coming back for all my quick grabs. Thank you Aisle 1!!

I love this little store i come for a energy drink a lot and some lottery tickets before i work and sometimes after i work i come here :)

Always get my gas here but today I stopped by and just put my little $6 on pump 1 after 3:00pm and my digital gas tank miles didn’t go up at all nor did the gas tank indicator. I usually get between 15 and 20 miles with $5 bucks and not one mile this time. My car is brand new and I just put gas at another station to get home. Someone should check that pump. Didn’t realize it until I got to oakdale and a phone number wasn’t listed to call. Otherwise...the gas station is great.

The pump was not able to print a receipt, so I had to go into the store.

Great people. But skip the coffee, its just hot water... It looks like coffee, but its a trick.

Regular convenience stores have discounted prices on bulk purchases. This store offers no such discounts and is just outrageously overpriced. Its a better investment to walk 300 feet to the regular store.

The car wash is horrible. Its is only good for vehicles with very light dirt. It will not fully remove bug guts from the front nor remove heavy dirt from your sides.

Service has definitely changed now that they are no longer associated with the Raley's store. Clerk has attitude. Probably won't be going back for awhile...to keep the story short. (My wife rarely complains and when she came in tonight - she called the store, only to find out Raleys sold it off back in December.)

I bought gas today at Raleys isle1 in village 1 plaza Modesto with the intention of getting my car washed along with the $75 in gas I bought. I paid $10 extra dollars for a quick wash but no receipt was given and the convenience store was closed. It was about 7:15pm. I went inside the grocery store for help only to be informed that isle 1 had been sold and is no longer part of Raley’s so there was nothing they could to help me. Ripped off and very disappointed is an understatement.

So…i’m fairly new to riding motorcycles and didn’t know that using the hand free clip would overfill my bike. So long story short I sprayed gas all over me and my bike. Totally my fault! Not the gas stations at all. But the reason for my bad review is as I stand there dripping in gasoline; a gas station employee stood outside staring at me but offered no help. He just popped in his headphones and ignored me. It may not be his responsibility to help me, but it grossed me out that he could care less. Even offering a couple paper towels would have made my night.

I usto love getting the rewards, and this pump station was one of the best in town. Full services available ( such as windshield cleaners, empty trash cans etc)
Now you have zero cleaner in the buckets, lucky if you find a windshield wiper wand for cleaning, trash cans are always full and there’s NEVER any recipes tape, making you have to go inside to get your car wash codes. If you have children or are disabled you have just added an extra step for your customers/
Today I went inside and the young lady who Said her name was Minnie, had attitude because I asked her where the code was located on the receipt.
The other employee was walking out and gave me the same attitude. When I asked for a number to give my feedback. They told me they didn’t have numbers, and that I could only voice my concerns during business hours Monday-Friday 9-5.
So maybe we shouldn’t get our gas except during those hours.

No receipt tape, no wash for windshields, no customer service…
Horrible horrible, not worth the “rewards”…
Ruined day and rotten apples working here…
