The staff is super friendly, the prices for cat spay and neuter are very affordable. They explain possible costs and the actual costs before they take your pet and do the surgery, they’re very thorough with at home directions. I’ve recommended a lot of people here! :)

The employees here are very nice and helpful. Never have i had any bad experiences here. Would refer my family and friends to come here.The only thing I would say is would like to see them give injection while we're in the room.

Brought in a cat to have spade and even though there was a line it moved pretty quickly. The gals were courteous and compassionate to our needs. VERY reasonable prices compared to others in town.

I came in for an affordable puppy plan and the service and care for my new pup has been amazing here! Dr. Wallace, Dr. Gill, and the entire staff do the most that they can to make the visit to the vet pleasant for Buddy! They answer all of my questions and concerns as a new dog mom! It is walk-in only so make sure you come with plenty of time, but I only really had to wait maybe an hour at the most on a busy day. Thank you Valley Vet for being attentive of our pets!

The doctors here give a thorough explanation of what's happening with your pets and break down the prices for you into what's necessary asap and what can wait. You can do Care credit here too which is great. They have always taken excellent care of my babies. I would definitely recommend.

8-3-22 I took my chihuahua she's 13yrs old in for the first time, I'd never been there before, we arrived at 1pm and waited for the Dr. Once the Doctor arrived at 2pm we where checked in for the issue my chihuahua had which was her back leg, Dr. Erickson conversed everything in detail with me and allowed me to ask questions of anything I had and he answered them he is the most polite generous knowledgeable physician for pets and very heartful it was a blessing to meet him I'm so happy I made a decision to come in to this vet Hospital, at the same time his Vet assistant for pets name Kourtney is absolutely helpful very polite, Thank you very much for everything God bless all of you

Great service great Doctor great prices

The Doctor and Technicians are wonderful. You can see and feel their compassion for your fur baby and the owner. They took special care of my babies and I am so appreciative.

I'm really pleased with this place. They do walk ins, so get there early. I waited about 40 minutes before it was my turn - for me, no big deal. If you're pinched for time, you may want to go to a place that takes appointments but those aren't always guaranteed. The staff was nice, all of them. The Doc may recommend further testing, but they give you the option to accept or deny without judgement

New place very nice more space and very organized

First let me stay this place does not take cash and for some reason they don't take certain cards?!?
Besides that frustration I took an all four of my cats there and have gotten a nice deal on getting them fixed. And I like that you don't deal with the hassle of a thousand questions. If you just want to get your animal fixed you can just get your animal fixed. All of my cats are doing great and have no issues whatsoever

We found 3 feral sick kittens that were very sweet but very sick. Pet Smart referred us to Valley in Modesto so we took the sickest baby in the next day, without expecting much after a negative experience with Turlock's Monte Vista Vet Clinic.
What a difference! Valley Vet Hospital was amazing! Dr. Erickson shared his experience and knowledge offering a realistic diagnosis for a tiny kitten that was near death. Miraculously, with antibiotics and TLC all 3 kittens are now doing great.
Thank You to everyone at Valley Vet Hospital. We could not be happier.

The guy who works in the front office was so pleasant and friendly. They were really busy but he came out to the lobby to greet me, had a great attitude and got me on my way very fast.
