Great staff made me feel very comfortable under the circumstances. I was treated very well from everyone. I went in as an emergency patient. I couldn’t be more thankful and satisfied with the staff and doctor. Amanda was outstanding with everything.

Went in for a second opinion and so glad I did! They did wonderful and were very cautious and caring with my daughter with special needs. With what they weren’t able to attend to they referred us to where I needed to take her. Very clean facility. I made an appointment immediately after my daughter’s. Front staff was wonderful along with the dental assistant and dentist! I totally recommend this dental office!!!

The staff and Doctor are always very nice and helpful. Were able to fit me and my girlfriend in on same day appointments. Appreciate the staff and Doctor and like how my teeth are looking. Thanks!

I have used SW Family Dental since I moved back to Las Cruces (LC) a few years ago. I am very happy with their dental services. The personnel are friendly and smile at patients (unlike other offices in LC). Their new office is fairly large, with convenient parking.

Arturo is great at what he does ! He takes his time and is very gentle ….love it :) Everyone at the office is friendly and Dr Liao is amazing as always ! She’s very knowledgeable and gives you honest advice . She’s not after your money . I couldn’t ask for a better dentist! Thank you guys!

All Staff and tech were very friendly and answered my questions. I had my dates mixed up and showed up the day before my appt. They accommodated me so I didn't have to reschedule. Give them a 5.

This is my second visit with Southwest Family Dental and both times have been very pleasant. Everyone is friendly and will answer any questions you have with no hesitation. Arturo and Dr. Liao are very attentive. Not to mention - they have the cutest emotional support pups in-office.

Southwest Family Dental is a dental clinic that is so awesome with it's professional and courteous staff. I had a wonderful experience during my visit their. The facility is kept neat and clean and so spacious inside. The moment you walk in, the reception greets you with a warm smile and a friendly 'Welcome'.
Dr Wen is fabulous and she takes her time going over your assessment and explaining your treatment options. I really love SWFD, I feel relaxed and I will continue to keep seeing Dr Wen at Southwest Family Dental for all my dental care. Thank you😁

Excellent Dentist and Staff! I went in for teeth cleaning and had x-rays done as well. From the moment I walked in, I felt it would go well! Beautiful, clean office with pleasant and friendly staff. My Hygienist was professional, caring and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided a wealth of information! You could tell he had been doing his job for many years (Not a Newbie)! He was gentle, yet thorough. My dentist was great as well! So glad I found my Lifetime Dental office! They really earned my 5 Star Review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤠 Thank you Southwest Family Dental!🙏

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and at this facility. They were able to get me in very quickly, and were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I needed dental x-rays for a surgery elsewhere in just under a week, and even though they were just moving in to their new building and didn't have the x-ray machine installed yet, they assured me that they would either have the vendor there to install it in time or would find me a place I could get it done. As promised they had everything ready for me. All of my services were done in a gentle and professional manner. I'm super pleased and would 10/10 recommend.

The woman at the front was very friendly and the dental staff were amazing with my 3 year old. They were so patient and included him in what they were doing. His favorite part was Bo and Ava the emotional support animals on staff, who also helped make his visit go smoothly and were so gentle and sweet. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I’m so happy to have found this dental office. Pleasure with friendly staff on my first time appointment for teeth cleaning and had X-rays done as well! ( but I have to wait for insurance approval for deep cleaning ! I hope I will have good news from the dentist )
