Plaza De Las Cruces

What a great New Years Eve party. The Memphis Band put on a great show. The crowd was fun. No drama or attitudes, just a lot of people enjoying the show and some great company. They weather couldnt have been any better. What an amazing night.

We went to the beer fest and it was fantastic besides all the beer tasting there was music and a pyro show at dusk. Great venue for Las Cruces.

We went for the farmer's market, which is pretty large and bustling. The plaza is closed to traffic for the event. There are dozens of vendors selling produce, dairy, soap, art, food, and many other home made goods. Kettle corn is especially popular.

The whole plaza seems to be busy. It's very well laid out and colorfully decorated. I'd like to try more of the restaurants here, but we've been coming for years for Coas books, which is worth driving from El Paso to check out if you're a bibliophile.

Come here when they have an event going on. There is no seating but if you can stand or sit on the ground it is a nice little outdoor venue to watch live events. The city does a good job at keeping it clean and it was built well for music. Fun place to enjoy free music or other events.

In downtown Las Cruces. There are almost weekly events at the DT Plaza. It's across from Zia Comic's where they sell ice cream and there's several nice breweries next to the Plaza. It's nice to visit

Beautiful, clean, well preserved, polite And welcoming experience. We stop by every time we are in town. It's like stepping into the past and present simultaneously.

There is plenty to do here. Spent most of the summer with my kids here and now I dance on Thursday and Sunday night's here. In the warmer weather it's awesome to go with the kids with the fairly new splash pad they have put it. It's a wonderful water fountain feature that the whole family can enjoy and close by schools and daycares frequent here as well. They also have the farmers and crafts market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. With the renovations and added stage they have done, there are now several events in the plaza, at least once a month usually. The plaza is also in the heart of a "cool things to do" area, surrounded by food, theater, book stores, and free museums and just down from the library. This is also one of the 3 main places to be if you're out to play pokémon. There is a high quantity of homeless people in the immediate area. There is a mental health clinic across the street and most of the homeless in the area are patients there. I've never had any real issues with any of them though. Las enforcement frequents the area and knows most of them by name. I've called dispatch twice during dance practice and they said they were patients of the clinic and harmless, just don't always have the nicest things to say, but over the course of a year, those have been the only issues and turned out to be non issues to begin with. Over all, really fun and lively thing to do and never crowded.

Neighbor and I went to the Concert we saw Tobias Rene great music now if they'll bring him and more musicians like him back for ex Al Hurricane Jr. more people will be out dancing on a Sunday night

Nice area downtown. Good place to take a walk and take in the sights and do some shopping if you so desire. Several buildings around there are historic buildings.

I'm at the Toad distillery on Main Street, downtown Las Cruces NM, and it's Sunday and I'm having coffee. My favorite place to hang out for a bit. Yes that's one of my motorized bicycles I ride and sell. Enjoy everyone.

It's. A. Plaza. What else do you want .e to say? It's definitely way better than when it was a parking lot!

Nice way to spend a day. Everything from plants to rescue dogs! Food vendors and craft.items.

Had so much fun out there at the splash pad good time to take your kids to have some fun!!

This plaza is next to the Farmer's and Craft's market. We recently saw groups of students demonstrating their impressive robotic skills.
And, this is the time of year to enjoy the plaza's Christmas tree and walk around to check out all the vendor's crafts.
I recommend to try out the different homemade cakes or fresh kettle corn popcorn, including the farmer's fruits and vegetables.
The mornings can be chilly, but the sun warms up the day, making for a pleasant outing in Las Cruces.

Yas queen best gay festivale ive ever been to found parcking righte away and saw lots of drag queens whith some children activiteys has lots of food trucks best plase for festivales.

Splash pad is really neat, they have a lot of really cool events for free and food trucks. And theres two cute lil restaraunts/breweries right across the street.

This plaza makes me proud to live in this city. Seasonal decor is so nice. Lots of free concerts featuring live music touting our amazing plethora of local talent. Seriously. The music scene here is impressive.

Plaza de Las Cruces has turned out to be a very nice outdoor meeting space, an outdoor space for many different kinds of events and for outdoor crafts and arts shows. The bandstand at the south end allows for small musical events and other events requiring microphones and loudspeakers.

I love what they have done for downtown. They are continually having events that bring so much to Las Cruces and the downtown area. The area is kept beautiful and it’s a great place to go for the Farmers market. I love seeing all the local businesses and vendors. So many talented people. The area is really taking place and they are attracting better businesses to the area that keep the space busy.
