Booked a load with SA Trucking, the drivers name was Max, apparently dropping loads in the contracted order on the rate confirmation is not important to him. Per his dispatcher Max DOES WHATEVER HE WANTS and doesn't feel it's important to ask before switching things up. Apparently I'm supposed to know when his resets are as well prior to booking loads. I understand resets are necessary for drivers, it's just important to communicate so we can give delivery locations accurate ETA's.

Rudest driver of truck 155 I’ve ever seen. Blocked from parking in a spot that I paid to park in. Nosed in to the front of my truck and refuses to back out even though he cannot clear his trailer into the spot. Came toward me in a threatening manner (yes, I’m a woman and he’s a huge man). Then yelled at me not to touch him as if I was going to hit him. I wasn’t even close enough. Rude, inconsiderate, foreigner. The owner should try to find help that’s a bit more courteous.
