Spokane Valley Dentistry

Coming from someone who had bad experiences with previous dentists and who was flat out scared to go to the dentist for years! Dr Conway and his team has changed that for me. They will make you feel comfortable and give you that at home feeling. Everything from billing to dental work is explained extremely well. This helped a lot for someone who needed years of work. I am very pleased with everything and everyone and way more confident in my smile. Thanks again!

I had to cancel my appointment due to new work schedule, so I called and got me in the very next day. Sarah was thorough, friendly and professional. Dr. Josh is extremely competent. Great clinic!

I highly recommend Dr Conway and his staff; I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I get there. Dr Conway takes the time to answer all of my questions and explain things more thoroughly than I've ever had dental procedures explained before. This really helps me understand what's going on, what to expect in the future, and how I can best take care of my teeth. I've been coming to this office for many years and all of the staff - hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff - are top notch.

Update 12-23: I continue to be very happy with Dr Conway, his partner, Dr Hesselgesser, the hygienists, the assistants, and the office staff. I get the best of dental care here and highly recommend this office.

Every person at Spokane Valley Dentistry continues to impress me with their professionalism, kindness and efficiency. They are the absolute best! No matter what my dental issue is, I am treated with respect and caring. I am Very nervous about dentists but the team was kind and gentle. The shot was just enough and only effected the teeth involved... The actual filling was painless and quick... can't believe I am saying this after years of trauma induced anxiety over dental work but I would recommend Dr. H to anyone needing work done in their mouth! My family has been going here for over 30 years. The staff is top notch. You walk in the door and you're treated like a long lost friend. Very professional and personable. We've moved to the Deer Park area and wouldn't consider switching to another dentist. Highly recommend Spokane Valley Dentistry.

When you walk in, you are greeted by happy people!! Each person that works there are kind and professional. I’m honestly impressed with this office. The dentist never rush through procedures, they are knowledgeable and considerate. If you are looking for a dentist in the Valley, I highly recommend this office.

By far the best dentist I have been to. Everyone is so helpful from the moment you walk it. One of the girls up front even helped me choose my new dental insurance that would give me the best benefits. I had to have a lot of work done due to not going to dentist so long and they fit me in and worked with my insurance. Dr Conway even jumped my car for me when I stupidly left my lights on 😆 great people and great work

My deep cleaning experience was the best I’ve ever had. Amber made sure I was comfortable at every moment. And the staff at the front desk always makes me feel welcome.

Dr. Conway is an Amazing Dentist! He was very accommodating for my emergency visit. His entire staff were professional and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explained everything to me and gave me great options. He is very skillful and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know.

When I was a child I was being abused and around the same time I have a memory of a dentist strapping me down in order to do dental work on me. I’ve associated the two traumatic memories with each other which made it incredibly difficult to find a dentist in my adult years. I’ve finally found a dentist that is gentle & patient with me and walks me through the entire process. I feel so lucky that both the doctors I have seen at this dentistry have come with a sense of understanding and patience for my situation. If you have similar traumatizing experiences I highly recommend coming here.

Each staff member was perfectly polite and professional. The office atmosphere was calm, efficient, and appropriate. My treatment was thoughtful, quick, and enjoyable- which is not what usually comes to mind when one has a dental appointment! I actually look forward to going back.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service. I was able to get ally questions answered and I particularly appreciated my dentist being so honest with my treatment. The front ladies are amazing, Megan and the lady that was helping the dentist. I recommend this place. Super clean and safe.

I only can say good things about this place. I was very satisfied with my treatment, with the dentists, with Sarah the dental hygienist, super sweet, knowledgeable, patient, nice, helpful girl, with the girls front desk, everyone working there are very nice and helpful.
I never like going to dentist, but my experience at this place was so good than I even bringing my boyfriend to do his dental cleaning there.

Dr Conway & staff are great! Very professional, friendly, timely & seem to care about their patients. I only see them twice a year & they always ask about my kids, my work & life. They also explain what they’re looking for during the exam & how to help achieve better dental health. I couldn’t recommend a better dental team. They are top notch!!!!

Always a comfortable, pleasant experience! The staff are warm and inviting. They know I have very sensitive teeth and are so careful. And the new doctor, Dr. H…. (no idea how to spell it) is great. He found something difficult to see in my X-rays and was very thorough. And Dr. Conway gave me the best crown I’ve ever had a few years ago. I will be happy to see either doctor next visit, both great. They deserve all 5 stars.

03/09/22 - I love my dentist and his staff!! They are always friendly and professional! I had what I thought was a lost/broken filling, but ended up just being a chipped filling instead. They got me in mid-week and my visit lasted less than 5 minutes to get a rough edge smoothed out on the filling! See y'all in a couple weeks for my semi-annual cleaning!!

I was able to get a next day appointment, due to a cancelation. They are very good at maintaining the social distancing and wearing masks in the office. Unfortunately I must have a tooth extraction which they were able to set me up for the following week. This is going to be a long process which will ultimately result in an implant. All the charges were explained up front and I had a very good conversation with the dentist as to my options and the process.

Lost a filling on New Years Day, called Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for semi annual cleaning. Michaela gave me a thorough cleaning and oral hygiene advice that I've not heard in my 57 years. Thank you Michaela! Dr. Conway squeezed me in and took care of of my missing filling as well!!
