I highly recommend Travis and his team at NW Residential and Commercial Painting. They painted the exterior and stair railings at my apartment building and did a first rate job. They were always timely and kept me informed about any required schedule changes. Travis himself made several trips out to assure I was satisfied at the end of the project. I will definitely utilize NWRCP again when I have another project.

We've had a great relationship with Northwest for many years. Travis and his crews painted the entire interior of our townhouse years ago, and we've enjoyed having them back to paint the exterior and interior of our house, fix drywall issues after minor leaks and touch up after renters moved out. Every crew we've gotten to know was punctual, competent and friendly. Travis has an approach to building relationships with his clients that we have really appreciated, as well. We once had an issue with paint cracking in our bathroom a few months after a job. Travis came out, brought his paint reps and repaired/repainted the issues with no questions asked. Travis has always asked for honest feedback on all parts of Northwest's work and business. That kind of communication and workmanship have made us happy to call them "our painters!"

Travis and his crews are great. We have had them come out on multiple occasions and tackle different projects at our house. Each time the work is done very well, quickly, and looks beautiful. Northwest Residential and Commercial Painting Co. painted exterior doors at our business. Throughout the entire process, they were prompt and professional. The 2 gentlemen that came to do the work (over 2.5 days) were hard working, kind, and thorough. They made sure that the surrounding areas outside of the door frames, knobs and hinges were well masked and protected. They were extremely clean. The office team took great care of us as well, from the initial quote to color choosing to personalized introduction to the work team. We will definitely give NW Painting our business again, and we HIGHLY recommend them!! They are a top notch painting company that deliver on their communication and product. 5 Stars and more!

Travis, the owner, painted an historic ice box in the kitchen of my 1929 building. This involved detail work and was beautifully done. He also closed up and painted a large hole in the ceiling necessitated by a prior plumbing repair. Lathe and plaster is hard to work with. The remaining ceiling was irregular and falling down, the plaster having separated from the lathe, thanks to the plumber having taken a hammer to it to access the pipes. Travis's repair is so perfectly done one can not tell there was ever a hole there. Travis is personable, trustworthy, thoughtful, and a good communicator. He called my attention to various details before doing the jobs to ensure we were on the same page, and he was patient with my questions. He must be a great boss. I would hire him, or any employee he has at Northwest, without question.

NEW: 12/2021 - This is our second time using Northwest Residential to paint our home. We had them out to paint the entire interior of our home as well as the rec room and ADU in the outbuilding. We also had them perform carpentry work on the ADU to repair some work that the prior owner installed that wasn't 100% done.

Matt (estimator) was great to work with, showed up on time, communicated everything very well. Leah, the project manager, was also a delight to work with. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and communicative. They started our (very big, extremely detailed) project on 10/28 and had everything wrapped up by 12/17. The main house turned out great. We have a lot of custom wood finishes on the interior and they did a great job on the paint and avoided getting any paint on the woodwork. The rec room turned out great as well. The ADU - wow - the skill level of their carpenters was second to none. Alejandro and his team did such a great job wrapping the beams and it looks like they were always there! Outstanding work. Everything turned out great!

Working along side them and with them was a pleasure. I'd highly recommend if you have a project, especially a detailed or millwork project, that needs completing.

[Original Post from our old house] We hired Travis and his crews to paint the interior of our entire home. Travis is very responsive, punctual, and professional when meeting to work on quotes and his crews are awesome!

They just wrapped up a week long job at our place and they were very courteous, skilled, and really went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the results. They really transformed our house into a home we love. I honestly can not say enough positive things about them. Thanks to Travis, Steven, and the rest of the crew!

We can't say enough good things about Travis and his crew. They exceeded our expectations in every way, from color consulting to repair work. We first used them in 2011 to do some interior painting right before our wedding. The crew was professional, courteous and meticulous about their work and clean-up. We continued to use them over the years for several painting projects with the same consistent quality results. They did a fabulous job painting the exterior of our home and staining our deck; they gave our older 1950's home a complete facelift. When we put the home on the market last summer it sold in one day, due in no small part to the beautiful paint job that gave it such wonderful curb appeal. Travis' crew expressed our pride in ownership beautifully. They get our highest recommendation.

Travis and his team were fantastic. They repainted the exterior of our 1926 tudor. The quote was very reasonable, the quality of work was amazon. He was able to recommend someone to help us pick out colors. They did a thorough scraping of paint and did a real thorough painting job. Our house is now the talk of the neighborhood. Couldn't have been a better company to work with. Very responsive, very clean and great communicators. Would definitely hire them again.

Painting a large commercial shopping center is NO easy task and usually invites LOTS of tenant and customer complaints and the ONLY thing I heard from our tenants, is how WONDERFUL and polite the painters were. Also, most commercial companies will not even START painting in the PNW until last Spring and early Summer and these guys started in the fall/winter. They are TRULY wonderful, the price was fantastic and I cannot wait to use them on more commercial projects of mine

We just repainted most of the interior of our house. Travis and his crew were courteous, professional and talented. They reviewed their work with me on a daily basis and paid attention to details. They were extremely responsive when questions arose about paint colors and worked hard to eradicate any problems encountered along the way. I'd highly recommend them for any interior or exterior painting needed. This is our second time using them for a major project and I would contact them immediately should the need arise again to paint.

I am very happy with the service we received. The painters who worked on our property were very professional, friendly and courteous to our senior residents. Despite weather challenges, they managed to do an excellent job of painting our three story building. The building now looks clean and refreshed. I would highly reccommend Northwest.

Northwest Painting just finished the complete exterior of our 100 year old Craftsman. There was a lot of trim work plus siding. Our painters, Mike & Jordan, were thorough, meticulous, and great to work with. I oversaw most of what they did and feel confident that our home will look good and last for many more years to come. Northwest Residential and Commercial was very easy to work with and scheduling was very prompt. Their team came on site and reviewed the work space, then were on site with another week, complete with the next few days. It all seemed very quick especially in a high demand season of work. They were flexible with our other contractors working in the space as well, were able to start and stop due to various scheduling constraints.
