Mirasol Physical Therapy

I had pelvic floor PT here for the last few months. It was immensely helpful and improved my quality of life. Carla, the pelvic floor PT is amazing, and worked with me for several sessions to address issues I had with my pelvic floor muscles. I was able to meet my desired goals to improve my symptoms of urinary urgency, frequency, and pelvic floor pain during my treatment here. I highly recommend this place! It's honestly been a really positive experience and life changing for the better really.

I recommend this facility for their excellent care. My therapist was Dr. Amina Venson and she was knowledgeable and kind. She is a gift to her patients. The staff at Mirasol was polite and helpful. Thank you so much for the great care.

I came in for postpartum therapy after having a baby and am so glad I did! Amina is absolutely incredible! Not only is she kind, informative, and patient, but she is very knowledgeable about her profession. Throughout my treatment I felt very taken care of and I now know the importance of pelvic floor health for pregnancy, postpartum, but also just for overall health. I would highly reccommend Mirasol Physical Therapy and Amina for any woman who wants to live symptom free and optimize her physical health.

Came in during pregnancy for pelvic floor therapy. Was pain free after 3 weeks. I had no back pain or leakage during pregnancy and am now 2 months postpartum with absolutely no problems. I learned so much from the theripists here, it made birth recovery much easier! The first time i got up after having my baby I knew all the time and money was worth it! I highly recommend this practice if you're having a baby. Your body is worth it.

I had a wonderful experience with Amina. She demystified a lot of my fears and doubts about my pelvic area. I learned a great deal and the exercises were extremely helpful. I definitely recommend these services to anyone who may be having issues with their pelvic area.

All of the physical therapists and assistants do a magnificent job of caring for each patient. I had a hip replacement in December. My rehab at Mirasol has been excellent! Each person I work with pays close attention to my form so that I do each exercise correctly. They also evaluate me each time for new pains or other concerns I have and address them right away. I have seen them provide the same care to other patients and highly recommend this facility.

Mirasol is a fantastic facility for all around care related to women’s physical health. I have enjoyed the level of care received and really feel like my specific physical therapy needs are being addressed. Highly recommended!

Even though I have only been to Carleen for the evaluation for my forthcoming therapy, I am most pleased with her work; she is most thorough and efficient. I look forward to the therapy she has planned for me.

After two visits at which I was seen within a few minutes of appointment, I started to feel good about my experience at Mirasol. After two sessions with my physical therapist (NN), I am impressed with her knowledge, her caring/respectful demeanor, and her great ability to listen and communicate.

Love this place and the therapists who work there. Carleen and Stephanie have been fantastic. They are always attentive during the sessions. They also explain what the exercises are for and how it is helping my body to heal. But more than that, they genuinely seem to care about my progress and that's a rare find in PT centers.

I first went to the Mirasol Center about three years ago. I was treated by Carleen Sajkowsky, P.T. for a back issue that had taken control of my life. I had severe pain and limited functionality. After five months or so, I was not only restored to my former healthy self, I had the tools to fix flare ups on my own. I had been going to a chiropractor on a fairly regular basis for some years before that, and I have not returned since my stint at Mirasol. Recently, I decided I needed a tune up for the original problem as I couldn’t seem to adjust things on my own anymore. After two weeks at the clinic with Carleen, I’ve already improved a lot and am learning additional things to keep myself aligned. Apart from my PT, the rest of the staff are pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone and I am grateful for the help I continue to receive.

These folks are so caring. To be honest, I've had PT before and really hated it...but not at Mirasol. They are so professional and personable. Don't be afraid of PT. I'm so glad and grateful my doctor referred me to Mirasol. I worked with Stephanie, who answered all my questions and concerns and treated me like I was a member of her family. I was diagnosed by Megan who is so brilliant, so intelligent...both of these ladies blew my mind with their knowledge of human anatomy and the way the body is connected physically and emotionally. If I have any more issues, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go back. They really know what they're doing. I am a VERY picky (and critical) retired medical professional. Please take my word for it, they know what they're doing! I'm no longer in pain and have my mobility back. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Nicole Nivotny at Mirasol specializes in therapy of the women’s pelvis floor. I am currently in my second round of therapy in 13 years. When she worked with me 13 years ago, she resolved issues I had been having for years, prevented me from having surgery and greatly improved my quality of life. I trust she will do the same this time.

Nicole takes the time needed to listen to you and evaluate your issues to determine your best treatment. Give her a try... she is fabulous!

I’m glad that I have found such a compassionate, knowledgeable, caring person as Carleen at Mirasol. I’ve been around to a few other rehab facilities and none compare with Mirasol and their staff. I appreciate and kind of expect the one on one with the therapist as I find at Mirasol. I will not go to any other for my physical therapy.
