Ms. Hammond started out very kind, but later however, when I tried to explain that I was unable to perform particular movements, (from what I've since discovered is a crippling birth defect) she and her staff told me that I could...I just didn't want to. I later overheard them saying that I was just fat and lazy. She would not listen to me when I expressed SEVERE pain and inability to perform tasks. Very unprofessional and quite frankly, cruel. I never went back.
