When I arrived they welcomed me with open arms. Made me feel comfortable on my first purchase. Taken an hour or so for financial aid to process my form. They were there the whole time. Thank you very much. I couldn't had done this proposal without the support of Zales.

We had what was probably my favorite Zales experience today. We went in to get a new watch to wear on our Holiday trip and saw on the .
Zales website that they had the “Tiffany Blue” Citizen Tsuyosa in stock. We walked in and we’re immediately welcomed by Beth, who helped make this purchase into an extremely fun experience. After second guessing my decision and trying on a few other options I settled on the Tsuyosa. Beth chatted with us as she went to work sizing, setting, and boxing my newest timepiece. All said, we had a fantastic time with Beth and are very happy with our purchase. It reminded us of the experiences we thought were lost to time and will be back. Thanks!

Initial impressions of the Citizen Tsuyosa: I’m very impressed. I normally lean towards the larger divers (Citizen Promasters and Tissot Seastar 1000 in the 43-44mm range). The Tsuyosa is a 40mm case that is nice on wrist and shows like a much larger case. The clasp is the weakest part of the Tsuyosa experience and I can deal with that. Great value and nice finishes. I’m very happy.

I visited the Tacoma mall location and was helped by Nita Prasad. She was such an amazing person. She took her time to answer all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife. My wife has been going through a medical struggle recently and it was very important to find the right piece to put a smile on her face after dealing with her recovery due to this health issue. Nita provided me with exceptional service and made me feel welcomed. She even went out of her way to make a phone call to correct a mistake I made while applying for financing. She worked it out over the phone, on the spot. Its rare to find that kind of treatment these days and I really appreciate that. Thank you Nita and the other sales associates and general manager for the excellent customer service. It was a pleasure visiting this location today and finding a beautiful piece of jewelry for my wife. Im sure she will love it! Im so excited and can't wait to see her face on Christmas! I look forward to coming back to this store for future purchases. Thank you.

I’m not a person to leave reviews but Maribel was amazing. She was so nice and helpful and never pushed anything. A lot of places I’ve been to have felt like car dealerships and I never got that feeling here. Definitely go see Maribel. She’s the best!

I went in hoping to get my chains clasp fixed, unfortunately buying a new chain turned out to be a cheaper choice. Thank you to Sylvia who patiently walked me through my options and helped me save a few bucks. Always a fan of Zales!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped us with all of our needs and some. Overall, it was a very nice shopping experience. It doesn't hurt that they are located right across the way from Starbucks.

Stopped by earlier today and couldn't possibly be more impressed. I had the pleasure of working with Erin and he certainly rose well above the best customer service expected. He was well knowledged, very focused and was eager to help which he absolutely did. Most importantly his demeanor was wonderful, very friendly and patient. I have a very harsh brain disease, trigem neuralgia, and with rarely leaving the house, company such as his makes a world of a difference.

Our experience here was great! We stopped in here one day on a whim to look around at engagement rings and I found a beautiful ring I admired. The lady who helped us was very personable, nice and helpful and talked to us about what we could do when he wanted to propose or was ready to take that step. Little did I know a few weeks later my fiance proposed to me with the ring I fell in love with! So far our experience with this store has been good 😊

I was beyond pleased with the exceptional customer service my husband and I received. They went out of their way to help us find a perfect ring to replace the one I already had and wasn’t quite in love with. We left feeling stress free and super happy. Can’t wait to pick up my new ring in two weeks!

Zales was once one of my favorite jewelry stores until I had a bad experience with one of their consultants. Last weekend, while Black Friday shopping, I was waiting on my niece and decided to stop in just to kill time. While looking at their sales paper, I saw a ring that was absolutely beautiful but I was skeptical about interacting with the personnel on the floor. Just as I was about to leave I was approached by a consultant named Starr and the rest is history. Her personality is so magnetic that I left the store with the ring on lay-a-way and smile on my face. Today I was ready to pick up the ring and called to make sure Starr would be there before I even bothered to leave home. She has restored my confidence in Zales and will continue to shop with them as long as she is around.

No one in the 5 jewelry stores I shopped could hold a candle to the knowledge and expertise of Steven. (@the Zales in the Tacoma Mall) Thank you for valuing my time, and helping choose my engagement ring in an expedient manner. Without your help I don't believe any of this would have been possible. Thank you for helping me get the Diamond she deserves.
